Yea dude it's weird. To me it feels like I actually have to push my hips back more to do it or go really far over the toes with the knees. I just can't get the angles right probably.

Bicep/bracialis area still giving me a little fit. I have a planned deload soon, but I'm considering switching out some barbell bench for DB only for like a week and at least doing my second squat with the SSB and first with Duffalo. We shall see boys.

And done. Not a bad session. I notice with flat shows I open my hips so much better. It also feels better if I think weight on heels. Raised heel feel grounded great, and feels like I get quads a hair more involved, but easy to fall forward and harder to open up the hips.
Had a subpar bench day...think i need to lay off straight bench for a minute to heel up the bicep. I'll likely do OHPs with bamboo bar and stuff like that to let it rest. I can't get through the planned work but it's too much struggle for what it should be.
Been battling a freaking full boar sinus infection. Like once a year a swear. I had planned to drop volume this week...but I didn't intend on not going the couple chances I had to go. Back at it tomorrow, and if I still feel too bad I wait until Friday due to other obligations.
