Roast beef, Turkey, Chicken, Mayo, Five Guys Burgers, Welch's Fruit Snacks/chews (awesome)..........Post W/O of course or white bread, whole grain bread, water, Animal Flex (just started 2 weeks ago.......good sh_t) and the occasional Xanax and or Bacardi and Coke............life's a bi_ch sometimes.
Get used to working out w/o supps. The FDA's gonna take them away or tax the sh_t out of them.................like Canada.
My supps would be BCAA's,Glutamine, White Flood mixed with extra BA and Citrulline Malate, Creapure Mono and good ol' anhydrous..................caffeine.
Next up will Be Epi. I'm trying to stay natty as I can cause I think the gov't is gonna ruin the supplement industry............(they don't make any $$ of it, really) That's why they are after it.
