What are your experiences with Nutraplanet Positive and Negative

amazing service.

they once messed up my order and sent me someone else's shipment. they responded by letting me keep the mistake and fulfilling my original order...which got there two days after they addressed the problem.

you will not regret ordering from the best!!!
 
They're the very best, and I've ordered from so many. I've probably spent 5 or 6 grand at Nutra over the years, it would've been 8 or 9 if I had gone elsewhere.
 
Thus far, I haven't had any issues....so, the ordering continues.
 
I ordered the MassPump stack, with CG. They sent both CG AND CEE. I offered to send it back, they refused, said to keep it. I'm pissed, because now I have another ****ing empty bulk container laying around cluttering my cupboard.

:mad: They suck.

I have great experiences with nutra so far. I did place an order Monday night and according to thier website it has yet to be shipped....which to me is odd.

Unbeatable prices however!

LOL no ....it's more of a silent / fight club thing :). What you don't share can't come back to you!!! For me ...meh she buys shoe's, stuff for her horsey....and I buy protein and herbs :)

thats the thing, no receipt was sent to my email and i cant log back on, ive allerady sent in an email with all the pertinant information but havent received any response, i will PM you my email so we can take the corespondance off the boards if you please so i dont float personall info across the web..... n thanks for helpin out since ive been worried bout this....
 
ordered twice and both times have been a good experience *double thumbs up* Items came on time and well packaged.
 
Nothing but positive reviews from this customer. I placed an order once without adding a coupon and Nutra went ahead and added it for me, even though I didn't know about the coupon and never mentioned it. Now THAT is customer service!
 
They once came by and cleaned-out my garage and did all my yardwork for me.....and all I did was order $10 worth of bulk creatine.

NP is bad ass. All of my my orders ship the same day and I get free stuff now and then...and the prices are amazing....what more can you ask for???

Waiting for the bulk leucine to come back. I am a longtime customer of another retailer but see nutraplanet has some good prices.

hopefully they throw in free samples so I know if i want to order those things in future.

I would without question take a bullet for NP and crew. Maybe not in the abdomin, but certainly like a leg or something.

When I was down in Latin America, Sam personally loaded 4 months of my needs on his back and swam across the Gulf with my parcel held in place with his teeth to get my goods to me on time.

they sent me a tee shirt once,so they're cool people in my book.You don't just get a tee shirt from anyone these days..I always order from there....
 
I have just placed my second order with NP and it was shipped within 2 hours!! This was great because their website said my order may be delayed because of one of the supplements I ordered. Now its next to me and I'm excited because they gave me a free shaker and samples!! My first order was delayed during their moving sale but hey no complaints here, free shipping and a free t-shirt!! Thanks NP!
 
One word....AWESOME. Want it in an equation? NP=#1. Everytime I order, its the quickest delivery and my products are in perfect shape, never damaged. Their bulk products are labeled for easy dosing. I will always be a NP nut :D.

Well, I know NP had nothing to do with this or no control over it, but the delivery company (not pointing fingers) screwed me. I had it planned out that I would get my supps today and have them for Thurs. for my deadlifting session, when I'm going to max out. Well, they shipped it on the opposite side of my state :(. It won't be here till after. You guys over at NP need to slap the delivery guy

NOTE: THIS DOES NOT CHANGE ANYTHING. I WILL ONLY SHOP AT NP!!!

awesome 2 day delivery with no hassles, and when your canadian no hassles at the border is a big deal! Nutraplanet is awesome!

Keep in mind, I ordered after normal business hours, but NP made sure to have my package ready to be sent the following day.

I'm expecting the first package (14lbs, mwahaha!) to arrive in just a little while. It's taken only 3 days to get from Georgia to upstate New York!

I've never been so anxious and excited for a delivery person to show up. Think Jimmy Fallon from 'Fever Pitch,' regardless of how much you either loved it or thought it sucked (You'll know the scene that I'm talking about if you've seen it.) I seriously feel like a little boy on Christmas morning.

It must also be noted that their customer service is amazing! If I end up sending them an e-mail well past normal business hours are over with, then I'll usually wake up to a reply from them. I've even e-mailed them before and received a reply within 5-10 minutes! They're a very organized company and care about making their customers happy. Might I add, they're also very generous people. Easy to work with. Open to suggestions.

Truly the best company that I have ever dealt with.
 
Nutraplanet is a great place to order from, definitely my number one spot to shop. I like to put my money into nutraplanet because they respond to the consumer, if theres a demand for bulk 'x' or a product, they usually get it in. I don't know of too many places that do that, or provide the great selection of bulks that nutra has.

Customer service is great, my orders are always sent fast, lots of samples thrown in, shirts, shakers, great sales and low prices, can't beat em! :bruce2:

Lol, that's great :clap2: That reminds me of my friends who got service jobs and would always be undercutting their own company by telling the customer where they could get it cheaper/easier for them. NP is so competitive as you can see they make sure you get the best deal :)

I remember my first order and how I struggled to break $200, and now I struggle to keep it under $400! They just keep getting more temptations! And they are great with the samples, shakers and shirts. I've had a hitch here and there, but the CSR's went a long way to fix things, quite generous! It's what has made me a dedicated customer.
 
I've never had any issues. i order from em while im in hawaii... and currently here in iraq... custumer svc is helpful..and who can complain about free samples when they hide em in the popcorn packing
 
I try doing all of my supplement shopping through NP, but I unfortunately have to venture elsewhere if either they don't carry what I'm looking for, or they're out of stock.

The customer service is amazing. They respond quickly, and answer any and all questions. They're quite generous, too. I ended up getting a couple of NP shaker bottles and tons of samples in my recent package.

The prices simply can't be beat. A lot of the specials are out of this world.

I have another package coming sometime this week. :thumbsup:
