What are you stacking with Recreate?

Exactly, I think some people when they don't see changes on the scales and are inexperienced in judging their body composition get unduly impatient with this product.
 
I find it hard to believe you lost 4 lbs and only .2%, are you sure that the measurement was right. I lose no weight and still lose fat on recreate and a lot of others low pure fat and nothing but... Everybody's different though so anything is possible.

I suppose in theory that a measurement can always go wrong but I have always done my measurements in the same fashion for the results I have received prior. I am not denying it's a possibility though.

Yah just throwing it out there, how does your body composition look in the mirror are there any tell tale signs of additional fat loss.

Not really :(

When I ran LR and Methyl Ripped I could definitely tell there were some more cuts or different areas were smaller/more defined. Nothing with this log.

Fat burners work different for all people though...so maybe I just react badly to the product.
 
It also kicks in at different times for people they recommend 60 days use because of this. Could be you would have been a late responder. I know I only started to see significant fat loss at around day 17 18 myself. Or you could just be a non-responder but I do feel you could have run it longer.
 
Lets see what you are all using along side Recreate, i'm currently using PowerFull, Anabolic Pump, P-slin and Super Cissus. Powerful+Recreate before a workout or cardio a wicked combo for fatloss. I'm finding that with the above stack instead of having to dip down to 100g's of carbs or less to continue cutting, I can get away with 200g's, I tried the 100g's for about 4 days and was nawing my arm off.


Other than the above mentioned USPlabs products things like: Yohimbine HCL, DCP, CLA, Sesamin, Fish oil should stack nicely with Recreate.

I am going to stack recreate w/ Dcp- Was thinking of adding in some cAmphibolic that I've had for a while-Do you think this might be redundant?

No not at all but start with the lowest recommended dose of Camphibolic, it's been a while so i can't give the exact recommendation off the top of my head but ya start on the low end as your already getting 50mg forskolin per 4 caps of Recreate.

Chaps, what would you say the upper limit of Forskolin consumption is? Is it bodyweight specific?

I'm not too sure to tell you the truth, i've heard of ppl hitting 200mg but honestly 100mg is the highest i can handle, and i have to work my way up to that to avoid getting the shits, EXCELLENT overall recomposition at 100mg for 8 weeks. You get some nice hardness and you sweat like a pig.
 
So i took the following this morning before doing 45 minutes empty stomach cardio:

2 Y-RD
2 Recreate
3 Powerfull
15mg Yohimbine HCL

WHOA, lol You can FEEL the fat dripping off, lol.
 
I can tell you that stacking DCP and Recreate has def been working for me. I am also using AP and Xyience growth factor. I have definitely gotten bigger and people have made notice to that, but I have only dropped about 2 - 3 pounds over a few weeks. Still, I know I have put on muscle and must have lost fat to stay the same weight yet have a larger overall mass.

Exactly as bolded, yet still assessing Recreate tolerance before implementing Y and GTE.

As your are aware this USPLabs stack that we are using is awesome and borders amazing in stamina, endurance and performance. Not to mention the overall sense of well being throughout the day.

I figured it would be to individual tolerance- I really want to center around using for a night thermo ie; reamping up the use of Camp. at 4-5 caps per night

Hey B-

The only thing I've had to do with the Recreate is note how achey it made my joints at 4 caps a day and drop it down to 3. Since then I havent had anymore achey joint problems.

I find that I really need to drink a lot of water when on recreate. Stands to reason.

Tell me about it 5 litres was not enough for me when the weather got hot. I had to increase my intake to 6 litres. 1 extra litre for Recreate (the damn stuff increases your temperature) and 1 extra for the heat. I was already taking an extra litre for the Recreate but when it got hot and humid that just wasn't enough.

Wow! I'm impressed! Six litres daily sound like a flood! :thumbsup:
 
I ordered some Recreate this morning from NP, and it will probably arrive Tuesday evening. I'm looking forward to it. I'm just now finishing up an NHA stack that will end on Tuesday. That's coming out very well as I'm using it for a recomp. Gained surprising muscle and lost a small amount of fat.

I like the idea of Recreate for a cut though. I'll include:

6.5 grams of DHA/EPA from fish oil
5 gms of CLA
Extra forskolin (I do have a high tolerance for the stuff)
400 mg of COQ10
600-900 mg of Pantethine
600 mg of Gamma E
1.5 gms GTE
ALCAR about 3 gms
Cordygen 5 (4-5 caps per day)

Current stack as per signature (minus SuperCissus still on the way) - just completed week two.

Core Zap is a great complement for ReCreate - both are more subtile - more focus, less 'buzz', but both have considerable thermogenic properties.

Had a chest/back workout this morning minus the PowerFull (2 day off part of protocol) dosage, so had an opportunity to see how the two products stacked together.

Did 45minutes cardio on the cross-trainer after, and that was when the thermogenics really kicked in. I like to use the phrase "Sweating like a hooded rapist". Love the oh-so-clean, no crash energy.

Dropped 1kg so far - there are a number of variables this can be attributed to, however the products mentioned above are certainly playing their role.
