What are you stacking with Recreate?

Lets see what you are all using along side Recreate, i'm currently using PowerFull, Anabolic Pump, P-slin and Super Cissus. Powerful+Recreate before a workout or cardio a wicked combo for fatloss. I'm finding that with the above stack instead of having to dip down to 100g's of carbs or less to continue cutting, I can get away with 200g's, I tried the 100g's for about 4 days and was nawing my arm off.


Other than the above mentioned USPlabs products things like: Yohimbine HCL, DCP, CLA, Sesamin, Fish oil should stack nicely with Recreate.
 
I am using AP, Intrabolic, Swell, 1 cap RPM w/ pre-wo Recreate dose, and poseidon. First, week went well and if yesterday's lift was any indication weights will be up in my second week of cutting :cool:
 
Currently running AP (3x day) and Recreate (2/1). Also chugging down BCAA's and creatine pre, during, and post workout, and taking my daily fish oil and multivitamin.

Suprisingly, my weight has gone up 4 pounds in 10 days on this combo.

i call it a cut but its more on the recomp side. I don't really plan on going to real low cals unless i really need to. 2500-3000 cals depending on the muscle i work.

to get cut up for the beach im going to run recreate/levi reloaded/lean extreme for 45 days.

The lean extreme is not needed and i wouldn't recommend it as I believe cortisol will get driven too low. I have taken 2 caps LR+ 2 Recreate and it's potent.

How would Thyrotabs by Gaspari stack with Recreate? Is there anything in Recreate that would overload the Thyroid if used with Thyrotabs?

how's this going for you. cause i was thinking of starting my MST products along with AP and Recreate
 
How's the DCP working with it?

Very VERY well. I'm thoroughly enjoying DCP alongside Recreate, the two seem to work synegistically. Before I started the DCP my fat loss seemed to slow down, then within 2 weeks of starting the DCP my bodyfat dropped another 1.1% whilst my bodyweight itself stayed the same.

2 multi's, 2 vit-c's, 2 calcium's

I like 2 Y-RD+2 Recreate if i feel like i need a tad more energy. I've also tried leviathan Reloaded with Recreate but i found doing 2 and 2 made me feel sick, 1 LR and 2 Recreate was good though.
 
Pslin Powerfull and Recreate are my USP products of choice right now.. This stack made me drip with sweat while lifting...

I have been using recreate at 3caps a day for a couple weeks now, thinking of stepping it up to 4, because at 3, i am not really noticing anything i wouldn't normally notice on a good diet + cardio.
 
current stack:

Recreate (dosed 1, 1 currently then 2, 1 in two more days)
DCP (dosed 2, 2, 4, 1)
AP (breakfast, lunch, pre-workout)
RPM (3 pre-workout)
Purple Wraath
Xtend
Stoked! (just added in today ... dosing 2am, 2pre-workout)

protein, multi, cissus and clean food are my staples

I have been thinking the same. With 3 I have not noticed too much. i missed a dose one day so took 2/2 on Tuesday. didn't notice much either.

Stacking with DCP now so running 2/1 on RC and 2/2/2 on DCP

hoping to get some nice results now with the combo

I started out a 2 day and on the third day went to 4 a day. I weigh in once a week and lost 7 pounds taking four a day if that is any help to you. strarted out at 270 now at 263.

How is your diet, was it unchanged? What is your aprx body fat?

was that over one month you lost 7 pounds?
 
The 7 pounds is in one week! I was amazed myself. I am a pretty heavy guy, Bodyfat is around 25%. I train 5 days week, cardio twice week. I have for the last few months been eating more protein and cutting out the carbs but not completely because for me I need them, if not I binge eat and it screws up my diet. I have one serving of any carb I want a day. Also this is my second week on recreate. So far I am in love it. Next wednesday is the next weigh in. Will keep you posted.
 
Ok... So you were eating xxx diet and weighed 270, changed NOTHING but added recreate, and were down 7lbs?

Or you were on a loose diet, tightened it up, started recreate at the same time, + cardio, and lost 7 lbs?

Just trying to get a handle on this..
 
my diet wasn't bad. difinetly tightened it up and then started taking recreate. Then lost the 7 pounds in a week.
 
I didnt lose that much in my full month on recreate...

same boat....i did shed some BF though.

So far on DCP (2/2/2) and recreate (2/1) I have lost 3 1/2 - 4 pounds in one week. That was on a low exercise routine. I was only at the gym 3x since Tues of last week due to my work schedule. So hopefully with things getting back to norm I will do even better

On my 24 days of recreate I lost 4lbs and only .2% bf.

In a week I am going to run hardcore shred xs with dcp. I'm pumped :)
 
I find it hard to believe you lost 4 lbs and only .2%, are you sure that the measurement was right. I lose no weight and still lose fat on recreate and a lot of others low pure fat and nothing but... Everybody's different though so anything is possible.
 
I think Recreate is meant to lower body fat % more than show huge decreases on the scale... If your weight didnt change but your body fat % went down 1% that's huge progress! The scale isn't always the best indicator.. I use a mirror to judge my results..
