What are the top foods you shove in your face each day?

I am looking to add a little variation to my daily foods. So what are some of your staples in your diet?
 
eggs- hard boiled, fried, scrambled
 
Protein:
lean beef
chicken
turkey
tuna
tilapia
egg whites
whey (post workout only)
casein (pre-bed if needed)

Fats:

natural peanut butter
almonds
eggs

Carbs:
oats
Ezekiel bread (or whole grain)
brown rice
whole grain pasta
bananas (breakfast or pre-workout)
grape fruit (breakfast)
WMS (post-workout if needed)
 
mine would be, chicken, salmon, cottage cheese, milk, whole wheat pasta, spinach, frozen veggies, and natty pb
 
Oats, eggs, steak, and chicken. Although, I went through two giant tubs of cashews last week, totaling over 13,000 calories.
