what are everyone's favorite nootropics?

For ashwaganda I use Jarrow brand. And yep I don't like noopept either

Is your blood type O positive? I'm pretty sure I am. If not I'll edit my post. I am lactose intolerant also. I don't get the poops from dairy, I get constipated and tired from it. Actually my blood type book, says that. I knew before I got that book. I love chocolate but I can't eat it, all has dairy but a few. I buy dairy free chocolate at sprouts. Sorry to thread jack but maybe that is the reason for problems with supplements, my blood type.

Lots of dark chocolate is dairy-free and tastes great IMO.

If you are a yohimbe user this ksm 66 is great with it!! I take the ksm 66 before bed. Just starting taking yohimbe bark again, just a little amount. I already take hcl kind but now I take both and it works great. Sometimes I might seem like a rep, but I am not. I wish sometimes people would have helped me out, so I don't have days of feeling like crap from trying new things.

Blood type won't have anything to do with it.

Thank you

I'm just glad it worked out for you. Actually I kinda owed you, I used some advice you posted in a thread about pet health for my dog. That's what's great about AM there are a lot of very knowledgeable people on here

I love that. Tell me what helped your dog?

I don't know why it is but since I started taking ashwaganda I cannot even get drunk. I'm going to drop it for awhile.

That confirms my unsubstantiated theory that it reduces ACTH (and therefore cortisol) through the gabaergic system, at least in those who respond to it.

Trying not to thread jack but one of my pets just died, so I'm going thru it now. When are you taking ksm66? Before bed or during the day. On empty stomach or with food?

Sorry to hear that man.

I don't seem to notice a difference with or without food. Most studies split the dose (2 300mg servings), which is an option, or you can take all 600mg at once too. Some people find it may make them a little tired, so you may not want 600mg any time except before bed.

Thank you. I think it did help me sleep. I felt leaner as soon as I dropped it. Didn't know if I should take with food or not. Doesn't say on the bottle.

Most studies don't mention it, even in the full text, but one did mention that the doses were taken after food.
