I usually do half a scoop of size on (full scoop is a little too heavy on my stomach) which I then use some aminolast to make up for it. Lookin to change it up and wondering what y’all use for EAAs.
Also I train fasted for those who will say u don’t need an intra workout...it works wonders for me
