Not really a fan of eating salmon between setsi thinking of using eaa product but must first check -
what amino acids are my whey/casein/yogurt/chicken/beef/salmon missing?

No seriously I know there not needed but for me personally having a flavoured water with benefits while working out suits me fine just fine. I’m also not a big eater in the first half of the day, I unintentionally fast. So aminos during workout then a shake and a spoon of peanut butter or grenade spread an hour later is about all I can handle until a big meal many hours later.
