what amino acids are my whey/casein/yogurt/chicken/beef/salmon missing?

So no whey? They are supposedly better gram for gram .
I do hydro whey from time to time or would even do peptopro (if it wasn’t 30$ a lb). I find eaas are cheaper, sit much easier on my stomach during training and are almost equivalent as far as recovery. I almost exclusively use aminos intra workout with carbohydrate to aid in my training and recovery. To be honest I don’t use whey much at all anymore. I love eating my protein and have no issue getting in ample protein, so no need to supplement it. I do enjoy whey in the forms of halo top or enlightened ice cream every now and then or protein bars. But through and thoughout I have never truly needed to supplement my protein. I really use it for reduction of calories or if I’m craving sweets.

Not really a fan of eating salmon between sets 🤨

No seriously I know there not needed but for me personally having a flavoured water with benefits while working out suits me fine just fine. I’m also not a big eater in the first half of the day, I unintentionally fast. So aminos during workout then a shake and a spoon of peanut butter or grenade spread an hour later is about all I can handle until a big meal many hours later.
