Hello.

I used to post here with some regularity back in the early days of the century when I was in much better shape, but I let kids and work keep me away from the gym and keep me close to the fridge. So now after nearly 10 years off from meaningful exercise I'm working on recapturing as much as I can.

Good Hellos Everyone!

New to the forum but not a stranger to its existence. Been lurking from time to time attempting to bone up on general fitness issues for the stronger sex. I am getting more serious and thought it time to make my own profile! See everyone round!

I'm JD. Ready to get back into shape, and looking for a support group that isn't beach body! lol...

Anyways--born and raised in AZ, wrestler in high school, and have always been in decent shape, but the rollercoaster I've been on has not been fun. Need to flatten it out, along with my abs.

Ok thanks just finding my way around trying to not get ripped off. I'm unsure about who is who legit wise and not sponsors pushing their junk. Already taking test and just wanted to add something with it. Lost weight and now hopefully slowly build muscles and keep my midsection from getting any larger.
