Hey I know this is off topic but can anyone tell me how much Taurine to take for back pumps if I get them on cycle? I ordered some bulk Taurine and want to know how to dose it.

It varies for me. My suggestion: start at normal dose. If it wasn't enough, try more next time.
 
Only time I ever noticed back pumps was running uphills
 
Hope these got shipped out to you guys. Don't really worry about back pumps to much if you got some bulk taurine you should be fine. I've rarely experienced back pumps but if you do just take the normal dosage it says to take if they don't go away just take more next time would be my thoughts.
 
the other thing to keep on hand and supplement with... bananas/potassium...

It will help with pumps as much as, if not more then, taurine by itself.... together and taken reg at a low dose not only insures proper intracellular hydration and increased uptake of nutrients through osmosis but will make it highly unlikely to even be touched by back pumps..


Nimbus nutrition used to have a product called Poseidon, a vitamin electrolyte blend that alongside 2g taurine kept even the stronger compounds from giving me back pumps when they previously had plagued my cycles.
 
Poseidon was an awesome product really sad that it kinda went to the wayside. Always hoped to find a similar product cause of how good it was.
 
agreed... ive found a few nimbus products still around at like one site... but I dont even know how well they work or if its still owned by the same folks and as dependable...

Ive really been hoping for someone else to release a comparable product as well.

Agreed potassium in bananas are great, and Poseidon was a solid product..minus the niacin flush I got.

Just looked at the shipping label, apparently the Taurus warehouse is in Brighton, MI, seriously 1.5 hours from my driveway. It was marked 8:30 am today, and I got it by 7 pm! I might have to go visit sometime :)
 
No chugging SD lol, although the cap looks like it would make it easy.

Prep, any idea on the log briefing? Special instructions for the normal logs and extended logs?
 
I haven't heard any special instructions but i can always ask Lifter if he wants anything specific. A nice brief intro would be fine by me, with the products your using while on cycle, your vitals (height and weight that sorta stuff), goals, training regiment outline. Just simple stuff I wouldn't go writing a novel on the intro. I think the product and the things you do with it will speak for itself. But i would state that your the extended log in there somewhere.
 
Interesting name for the product. Doesn't really lend itself to identify it as a bulking compound though.
