Diet- Currently around 4k cals on lift days, 3.5k on off days, on cycle would be around 5k, keeping it clean.
Sample on cycle meal plan on lift day:6am: Homemade protein shake (oats, milk, honey, whey, natty PB, cinnamon, flax or coconut oil)Training plan- Currently doing a 5x5, 3 day split, first time I've ever done one seriously. Throwing in some high rep isolation work for added pump at the end.
8am: MetRX MRP bar
10am: Nuts or Wheat crackers+natty PB, cottage cheese, string cheese
12pm: 8oz steak, potatoes or brown rice, cup greens
2pm: Chicken breast w wheat pasta & olive oil
5pm: 2 cans tuna, 4 slices whole wheat or Ezekiel bread.
6:30 pm: workout
8pm: Same shake as breakfast, without oats
9-10pm: Some form of red meat with minimal carbs, cottage cheese
Previous hormonals- Hdrol, Alpha One, Superdrol, Trenadrol and Tren-E, Dbol, Boladrol, Transaderm, AndroMass, AndroHard, AlphaMass all come to mind...
Post 5 times a week- Easily
Other types of sups you'll be running- AMS Pump Fixx or Muscle Feast Anabolic Ignite for pre, BCAA's during, fish oil, multi-v, taurine, cycle supports, have AgeForce Powerpatches but I don't have to run them during cycle, would have A-dex on hand if needed it but I usually don't need it, bout it.
Why you- I am a logging machine, I am honest, I am not shy on details, and I draw in a crowd.
