Weirdest **** you seen at the gym

A guy was squatting 95 lbs in the power rack with vans on and I was in the squat rack. I didn't bring my squat shoes so I didn't want to squat too heavy. He saw me take off my shoes to squat and he did the same thing. Hahaha, I couldn't help but laugh. I'm sure he was sliding in his socks because he was haunched over pretty bad.

Every time I tried to take aa pic of this guy he would look at me and swear at me ... he changed his appearance and now goes by john j you guessed it rambo !! No more running in circles in the lot or dancing by the squat rack now its push ups and pull ups . Sorry it took so long to capture him he has the 6th sense always knows when iam tring to photo him . When i left the gym he shouted fukk you paparatzi and did the classic double middle finger by stone cold steve Austin! !!
 
A guy bz keep txtng and watching porn on his smartphone and later he do some benchpress, just noticed his jersey short already wet at the center of his manhood lol...not sure what it is
 
 
Girls who are basically wearing a bikini at the gym just need to stop. It's enough already and the dudes taking mirror selfies. It's pathetic
 
saw a dude grab the 1-3lb light dumbells and start to do a salsa type dance while gracefully swinging the db's around.

2 weeks ago I get out of the shower and another dude comes up and says "you have an impressive back, that's a lot of work right there."

I wasn't even dressed yet lol.

Exactly. I use it as a challenge for my focus while training, especially on pull-ups since my gym has the damn bar right across from the thigh abductor machine!

Naw not really. Guys are usually laughing at chicks who dress and act like that. It becomes so painfully obvious that they are desperate for attention and guys don't give them the time of day

Ever think that maybe, just maybe, they don't do it to get attention. You'd surprised how many of them wear clothing like that because they want to show their hard work they've put in at the gym. It's no different than a dude wearing a stringer or cutting off the sleeves on his shirt. Hell, I'd love to be able to always train in just some compression shorts at the gym, which I've done before. I wasn't doing it for attention; it's just more comfortable to me.

I'm the same way. and when I'm soaked in sweat and my shirt becomes a suffocating mop it feels like second nature to rip it off during some of my harder workouts, but in some gyms it just doesn't feel right. every gym kinda has its own culture.....

You're underestimating the type of chick I'm talking about. This one chick literally has implants that almost cover the bottom half of her face theyre so big. She looks like a god damn cartoon character walking around with these beach ball sized implants. Looks extremely uncomfortable to be perfectly honest. And believe me all I hear are guys laughing when these chicks walk in the gym. This is boca raton Florida man where plastic surgery is
So rampant it's just on a whole other level. I see butt implants on a daily basis as well on women caked in three pounds of makeup who look like they've just spent 4 hours on the treadmill because they ate a house salad for lunch. It's like real housewives gone horribly wrong

Years ago this short Minister who wore tractor muffs to the gym (to block out the music) who used to pace back and force while breathing heavy (to "oxygenate himself") do side oblique bends (or crunches) on the leg extension machine. I to this day still cannot figure out how he did it, rather impressive. He was literally upside down.

True story, the same guy wanted to give me swimming lessons after finding out I couldnt swim and he invited me to a lake to teach me. About a month later I found out he drowned in a lake. Some swimming instructor, huh?

This isn't "in" the gym so to speak but there's an older dude that goes to my gym and he drives an old Cadillac with a huge stuffed bear buckled to the passenger seat. I know this because he parks next to me a lot. I even took a pic of it one day.
 
A guy lays flat on the floor, face down and sets a 5lb dumbbell on the middle of his lower back and starts thrusting like mad at the ground. Looked like a strange mix of missionary and a seizure. Saw him do this move almost daily for about a month then never saw him again.
 
So today im at the gym, LA fitness of all places which I hate but wanted a change of scene. So theirs this guy screaming loudly while walking around the gym except that hes screaming the lyrics to whatever song hes listening to. Tall, bald guy just singing off the top of his lungs not picking up a single weight. He was singing master of puppets of all things. Everyone wanted to punch this guy in the face.

Sounds like a Planet Fitness commercial lol. I hate LA Fitness, but go there because it only costs me $17 a month at this point.

I hate the place. I go to a hardcore bodybuilding gym but sometimes I like to change the scene but then i see things like what I saw today and i am reminded why i never go there anymore
