things are goin well, toned it down a notch this week so i dont hurt myself again. not much to write. didnt get to work arms first week cause i i tore the upper lat and that area below the tricep. this week i worked already and see instant results after 1 solid workout. people are startin to ask me questions and tell me I'm looking bigger so I am making good progress

haha ya my mediums are smediums too! checked my bp today. it was 126/74. not to bad but up a little from my norm. had a long busy day, missed the gym. I got to hit my legs soon! how long is too long between workouts?
 
still cruisin. everything is great I weighed in at 181-182 at the gym today. that means I'm already up about 15lbs!! which was my goal, this is amazing especially considering my failures in dieting. I'm still eating lots of carbs and protein but not nearly what I should :( just goin to keep goin and enjoy the ride, haha! I figure I can always cut down during pct or later. btw arm pumps where insane today, I had to stop lifting before they popped. o ya and I'm still lean. My body seems to do very very well with diesel. still no sides. goin to get some mid way pics soon
 
Yep, save cutting for 2 weeks after PCT. Keep calories high during PCT, especially protein.

today I felt bad because I was workin out at the local community college, KTS to the max. wieghts were flying, sweat was drippin, my veins were everywhere and I my muscles were pumped to the max. I started lookin around at all the guys I have been workin out with all semester and I could tell by the look on there faces that they felt like failures. They have been watching me blow up and they're all fighting for every little 1/2 lb they can gain. when they asked
I almost broke down and told them I was kinda cheating by using deisel. but I kept it a secret and just told them to eat more and lift heavier. heeeheee I felt so bad but so good. lol.

everything I'm reading is makin me lean towards nolva, but most guys have told me clomid, is one better than the other for diesol?
 
clomid, nolva isn't the best for potential prolactin inducing PH/DS like Max-LMG.
 
SHOOOT! I'm losing hair! what should i do? i was hopin the pregnenalone in the dermacrine would stop this. I been tapering down the dermacrine from 5ml twice a day to 2.5 ml twice a day because I'm running out. is this a bad idea?
on the positive side. I got a new PR on bench. threw up 310 without much struggle! blew me away kinda scary lol!!. b4 diesel I was at 260ish. thought about goin for more but I was afraid of hurting myself.

DHT is the typical culprit in hair loss or MPB. Hawthorne Berry is probably the best OTC DHT control "herb". Anything with that, celery seed, and maybe beta sitosterol. These are found in cycle support supplements. All these are not as effective as Finasteride which prevents conversion of test to DHT, but that's prescription. You could always do Rogaine, or Toco-8 from Primordial Performance, that's supposed to help hair generation.
 
thnx funk doc u2. started pct clomid @ 150mcg a day, drooping down to 100mcg next week. Im getting contradictory reports on if clomid is hepatoxic. I really like to drink beer but I'm afraid to stress my liver too much. i had a few during cycle and i felt guilty, I need my liver to last.
 
I wouldn't drink until you drop that clomid dose down to 50.

So how much weight gain did you have on cycle?
 
I gained 15lbs,ending @9.8% body fat . I gained almost ten lbs first week by about the middle of week three I already reached my goal, then I slowed down the eating because I was starting to hate food. When I stopped eating I stopped gaining but I havent lost anything yet.
