We cuttin now ✂️

What I would say though is that some anabolics ain't gonna hurt as long as relatively dry compounds and run at lower doses not super blast levels. You still respond very well to anabolics from my memory. So you may have to drop calories again once you start them to reach weight. Plus the anabolics will be there already at good levels for when you go for the rebound and turn up the volume with food and more hypertrophy focus.
I'm gonna start with a sarm just because I have it. After x amount of weeks I was gonna throw in some tren.

So just 250 test and 50 ment cus I'm already using 25mg so why not. I don't seem to ever look bad on it. The water doesn't go under the skin it seems to go in the muscles for me. Although I've never used more than 100 mg a week of the injectable I don't think. So it might just be because the dose is always been low.

250 test and 50 ment + 20-30mg rad for a couple weeks and then maybe 100-150 tren at the end when I really cut the food short. Drop the tren, increase test and start adding calories back in. Slowly. I'm not married to any of these drugs or doses. I'm open to hold off and wait even longer before I add things since I haven't even added fat burners I kept saying I was going to do it but I haven't yet lol

@Hyde ok you won this time! 10 cal per serving instead of 40 per serving. Frees up 90 calories.

It's tasty but definitely sweeter than I'm use to. The only options where I went were this, vanilla caramel and peppermint mocha. I didn't think I could handle the other two flavors on a daily basis. They sounded good for a treat but not for an everyday coffee. Even this one's too sweet I'll have to get just some plain regular old coffee mate but I enjoy it.

Bro Cannoli?? You lucky SOB. The zero-sugar flavors here suck by comparison. Vanilla, Hazelnut, and Birtbday Cake. All 3 of the ones you found sound wayyyy better to be; I’d be slamming cannoli daily for sure.

^Boy, that is a first world complaint if I ever heard one btw 🤣

Couple meals from yesterday. I bought a huge pork tenderloin and cut it up into pork chops. Subbed out my half cup rice for applesauce. The other is a grilled chicken wrap with roasted vegetables, a sprinkle of feta, a teaspoon of ranch and some Cajun spices

That first plate unfortunately looks like what I am going to be eating this week. I am spoiled to how moist sousvide chicken is but I grilled it this weekend and it just looks so dry comparitively. Not saying yours looks dry but reheated chicken is never as good. I may just eat it cold or add to salads to moisten it up. I will definitely have less saturated fats this week tho which is good and the goal here.

When I first cooked the chop it was very tasty and juicy, the second one was reheated and a little dry and that's why I opted for the applesauce so I had something to dip it 😂

Funny... just got done vacuuming chicken breast for sous vide. Makes for great cold chicken. Pork tenderloin (served hot) is also a favorite. 135, then a quick sear. Sliced, spiced and devoured 😀

Fasted for blood work, got my EKG and physical and cleared to go. When I got there my blood pressure was crazy high like 150 over 95. They had to take it three times but in between the second and third they left me alone for like 5 minutes and it came back at 118 over 78, the first two times they used a regular cuff and the third time they used a bigger one and a hand pump. At my house my arm and my wrist one usually have me around 1:10 over 70 or somewhere in that ballpark. Anywho I continued to fast until 9:00 p.m.. well actually I had two monsters.

Man that looks good! Congrats on being cleared for the fight. Oh Man, Chimmichurri Hot Sauce, color me intrigued! I LOVE Chimichurri! How good is it?

weren't you like 205lbs last week lol
No lol, I've been under 200 since late September and under 190 for the past 3 weeks. I originally started cutting for vacation in September and then I decided to turn it into a real cut. At least I think that's how this started, my memory sucks lately I'd have to go back through the log 😂 😂 😂

It's ok, a little too thin/too much viniger. Still good, what I mean what do you expect from the zero calorie version 🤷

Have you been a 6.5/7 out of 10

My cut started in feb of 2025, then again in June, then again I think in Dec. I think I'm cutting right now but the scale keeps going up so I must be doing a really good job of stacking lean mass at the same time 🤔🤔

its good to watch you and Kleen cutting and Hyde shaving a few lbs, helps me keep things in check a bit. I need to drop 10 myself but I'm having too much fun lifting heavy and eating right now. hard to be balanced lol.

when I ran Klokov I treated myself to 2 x double 1/4lb'ers every squat session. those were good times.
Wow with fries that is like a 150g of fat in that meal alone.
