What if I skip my first 3 meals, eat a 20oz dry chicken breast for dinner and have the pumpkin roll with a couple Imodium AD as a side dish? Stevie always finds a way to eat someYeah it’s not macro friendly for a cut lol!
Also if that's you in the avi, good job broski, fukin jacked!12–15 lbs isn't some crazy amount from where you're at. Let the mirror and your progress decide.

I've actually been doing well with controlled hunger and not binging. Had 2 desserts over 3 weeks, placed them both on a high day
I thought I was being more aggressive this week and I stepped on the scale at 190 lb again this morning so I'm going to do a little more dramatic reduction and increase my cardio. I don't bother tracking my step count because I pretty much never stop moving so it's not like I can get more steps. Over the course of the week I'm getting roughly six total hours of high intensity cardio and I'm taking a few morning walks and a few 1.5-2 mile (30min) walks to end the day.
One thing to note, I had to reduce my nebivolol to 2.5 and I'm probably going to have to stop at all together. I like using it to help keep my heart rate lower, I'm sure we've talked about it a million times but I just have that sympathetic nervous system drive and I always have a racing heart and 5mg nebivolol keeps me at around the high 60s or low 70s bpm.
Since dropping the 2.5 mg it's more like 75 to 80 which is still okay, but the problem is even with the reduced dose, being off cycle and doing tons of cardio, my blood pressure is like 100-110/55-65. And it's trending downward. I'm going to have to find something else to use to lower resting heart rate if needed. One thing I've been doing a lot is practicing nasal breathing as a way to naturally bring down that sympathetic drive but it sucks to have to walk around consciously thinking about it all day. It's just really annoying having low blood pressure and a high resting heart rate. It's all related to ADHD and a high sympathetic drive
Haha, I am on an aggressive cut for a bit longer than that, but we are in this together. I am carb cycling, keto during the week and a big refeed on the weekend. Adding in some fasting, and time restricted feeding on the Keto days as well. Judging by my carbed upweights, I have dropped about 5lbs in this frist 2 weeks of actual weight. I was 220.1 before starting, and 214.6 this morning after my refeed over the weekend but hit a low of 207 so I was down 13lbs at one point before the refeed.14 day aggressive mini diet anyone? Cuz that's probably what I would have to do is crash diet that final week do a water load/cut to make that weight.
Yeah I use it pretty much year round, I have a few posts in this thread somewhere about how I use 200 mg twice a day along with NAC for anxiety. Unfortunately it barely puts a dent in itHave you played with L-Theanine at all? 100mg caps are cheap as chips, and it definitely calms things down for many with anxiety. Might be worth seeing if it helps. You can take it throughout the day longterm.
I'm talking about going into like a 1500 calorie deficit for 2 weeks lol, that's how I used to do those mini cuts a few years back. My baseline calories would be like $3,600 and then I drop down to 2200 for 2 weeks and drop like 12 lbHaha, I am on an aggressive cut for a bit longer than that, but we are in this together. Yeah, I would say I was somewhere close to that most days of the last 2 weeks when you consider the TRF and fasting. I dropped 13lbs in 13 days before my refeed. This week will be the same but straight into the carb refeed this weekend instead of waiting for 2 which was for the keto break in period.I'm talking about going into like a 1500 calorie deficit for 2 weeks lol, that's how I used to do those mini cuts a few years back.
