Great thanks to the Greek gods and the reps at Sparta Nutrition for finding me worthy to log one of their newest products, EPIMAX! This is my first run with epiandro so I'm not 100% sure what to expect. I'm hoping for increased definition and fat loss with a bit of recomp. But as usual, I'll let pictures do the loudest talking. I've been cutting since January and lost about 40lbs. Decided I needed a mental break in June and spent about 3 weeks eating some of the things I'd been craving but wouldn't fit into my macros (full pan of brownies in one evening crew checking in!). I put 3-4lbs back on. But I'm not sweating it. Especially not with EPIMAX in my corner!

I'm currently shooting for 2500 cals a day which are a couple hundred below maintenance. Macros are currently 40C/35/P/25F. I may start flipping the carbs and protein as the long progresses. I do plan on dropping 50-100 cals a day per week while keeping this as well. At least until I stop seeing results.
Since this is my first run, I'm going with 400ed this week and then progress to 500 for the rest of the log unless the reps think I should just dive in? Took my first 2 caps pre-workout at 4:00 this morning. Going to take my 2nd two at 10:00.
I think that's about it for now. Really no different feelz yet. I expect it will be a few days. So without further ado...
