Great thanks to the Greek gods and the reps at Sparta Nutrition for finding me worthy to log one of their newest products, EPIMAX! From their website,"EpiMax utilizes the highest dose of Epiandrosterone with Tetrasorb Delivery Technology to increase aggression, muscle mass, strength, recomp, libido, and definition to turn you into an elite God-like warrior."
This is my first run with epiandro so I'm not 100% sure what to expect. I'm hoping for increased definition and fat loss with a bit of recomp. But as usual, I'll let pictures do the loudest talking. I've been cutting since January and lost about 40lbs. Decided I needed a mental break in June and spent about 3 weeks eating some of the things I'd been craving but wouldn't fit into my macros (full pan of brownies in one evening crew checking in!). I put 3-4lbs back on. But I'm not sweating it. Especially not with EPIMAX in my corner!

I'm currently shooting for 2500 cals a day which are a couple hundred below maintenance. Macros are currently 40C/35/P/25F. I may start flipping the carbs and protein as the long progresses. I do plan on dropping 50-100 cals a day per week while keeping this as well. At least until I stop seeing results.

Since this is my first run, I'm going with 400ed this week and then progress to 500 for the rest of the log unless the reps think I should just dive in? Took my first 2 caps pre-workout at 4:00 this morning. Going to take my 2nd two at 10:00.

I think that's about it for now. Really no different feelz yet. I expect it will be a few days. So without further ado...

Macros for the day. Not too bad considering I picked up some CCCD frozen yogurt at the store. According to MyFitnessPal I'll weigh 191lbs in 5 weeks if I keep eating like this.

Too bad about those Saturday nights

subbed. i bought two bottles (well I only bought one thanks to that ridiculous BOGO offer) and just wanted it on hand for the future. Can't wait to see the results. I'm guessing based on the cals/macros and log you're goal here is to lean out more without losing muscle mass. Is that correct?

Scale dropped a tenth of a lb. Damn pizza. Otherwise I felt kind of weak for today's workout. Had to switch up my plan a bit and still had a good workout. It was just odd that I couldn't move the same weight I did a couple weeks ago. Otherwise, nothing to note. My aggression might be up a touch, but I think that just means I'm ready for the weekend.

Sometimes your body is just telling you it needs a rest. But... Pizza has always killed my mojo, yet I cant live without it

Indeed. Gots to have it!

There are certain ones that mess me up. Papa John's--I love the taste but bloats me and is one of the very few foods to give heartburn. Usually local places like the one yesterday don't give me any issues.

Eh, we all have off days. Tomorrow is back day and I'm going to kill it!

BTW, right now I'm dosing 2 caps pre-workout. 2 at lunch. About 8 hours between doses. Monday will start 3rd dose of 1 cap pre-bedtime.

Day 7 feelz--Appetite has been off the charts this weekend. Don't know if that's an effect of the DHT increase or what. Went ahead and upped dose to 5 caps on Saturday. Still not really feeling any change in aggression although did have some good times with the lady this weekend :D Increased appetite means increased weight, but I'm not looking much different than starting pix. So far, so good!
Currently dosing 2-3 caps PWO and two with lunch. Last night I had 1 before bed and had some nice deep sleep. I'm going to try that again tonight! Dropping cals to 2300 daily and changing up macros as I think I'm looking puffier than I like. 30C/40P/30F. This macro scheme worked well for me earlier in the year.

Man, I might have to unsubscribe from this post. I have a couple of bottles of epimax sitting right now. While I'm still in PCT, I'm just starting a deficit meal plan with training to match today. I start seeing these posts and all I can think about is getting back on in a few weeks.

Day 8 feelz--Dosed same as yesterday 3 PWO, 1 with lunch, 1 before bed. Dropped some weight since yesterday (phew!) but still up a couple lbs. Had good focus and a much better workout than yesterday. That could be because I like working chesticles better than wheels or it could be Epimax kicking in. Either way, I got the volume that I was looking for yesterday and feeling much better!

You should def get a serm.

As for the peeing, could be a little the epi, but (at least for me) it's due to increasing my water intake (as everyone should on cycle).

I've never done a SERM before. You guys recommend Clom or Nolv?

honestly, for this cycle, either would be fine. I'm partial to nolva (just personal preference) but have had plenty of success with both

As I've posted, I'm successful with the Spartan Trojan PCT and clomid. But yeah, you should definitely get something.

Just a quick update 'cause time is short today. Weight is staying the same but damned if I'm not leaning out! I'll get some pics tomorrow but I think I'm looking as good as I did 8lbs and a couple months ago .
Feeling a bit stronger at the gym! And libido is picking up some. I can't tell that energy has increased but let's see what happens over the weekend!
