Great pumps. Obviously but I've tried most of the top pump products and this is right there with them.
9/10 on that

Really good ingredients I'd just like more citrulline honestly.

always good to hear input!
never really thought too much about competing since until a year or so ago I didnt even know what I was doing lmao, you bringing it up makes me second think it.

Who knows. I gotta envelop myself in fitness again, whether that means working at a gym or becoming a rep I think being constantly in that sort of environment will be key.

I just dont want to bring anything less than perfect to the stage

I know I wanna go on in a couple years, at my age it would be merely something to work towards as too you pr young enough with good genes to realy compete. Who knows maybe one day sponsored by NLA :)

Little action shot, down lighting and pump were on point. Had a couple people come up and ask what I was on lol.

But 6 caps is ridiculous. 4-5 should be perfect without getting down right painful lol

I usualy run 4 myself, but I'm also taking supp-d with and it already has a good amount of agmatine and arginine in it aswell. Dude ur back is rediculous. I'm ready to start working out again :) just have to see what the doc does for me

After tasting the new raspbery lemonade for the womans line I have to think the new supp-d raspbery lemonade will taste the same with a much greater pump and a little added stim aswell:)

Herniated disc, I go see the nourologist next thurs to see if surgery is an option. I just wanna get back before my next cycle

No doubt! With good tunes blasting makes me feel as if I'm invinsible haha. Will Be Back! But I have lost 10lbs this month :( not liking that, but **** happens.

it happens!
the month and a half before I was diagnosed with insomnia I lost like 22 lbs because I couldnt eat, sleep and I barely drank water. that was the worst thing to go through living in a dorm lol

when I broke my hand every thursday I went and squatted, couldnt go more than 185 cuz the bar would slip but I still just had to be there. kept me sane, maybe do that with like a tricep machine? lol

I was but I would catch myself over dooing it and be in pain the next day. Its getting better and after next weeks meeting I will have better dirrection. Bed time bro I'm out!
