Accidental discovery. Took me a few months to figure it out though. I've always been a sucker for something to give me a little edge. I already knew at the time ALCAR was good for a lot of things. And since I am kind of OCD about combining similar supplements (dhea, erase. 7-keto) I decided to try PLCAR. Did not give me the slight morning even energy that ALCAR did. So I said what the heck and popped a gram before I went to bed. Seemed like a felt a bit better in the morning. So I did this for a couple of months and probably dropped about 2lbs a week eating maintenance. Thought it was placebo. So then I dropped it and kept the same diet and exercise program(was doing calisthenics only at the time). And this time I pretty much maintained weight except for a couple of lbs lost..Sup G: I've never heard of this dosing scheme before. Little help ont he rationale behind this?
Chest fat in biosignature correlates to excessive estrogen levels, you should consider something like Erase or Erase Pro to take care of this.
For overall fat - Alpha-T2 is your solution.
I'd love to give Erase or Erase Pro a try, if only it wouldn't cause those joint pains... Now would there be a way to compensate, I'd be in yesterday!
2g PLCAR would be even better and has scientific evidence in favor of its use for reasons beyond muscle carnitine elevation.

Ive been lifting weights for about a yea now and I think I have a fair amount of muscle, but I still have a pretty good layer of fat on my stomach and chest. I am looking to do maybe an 8 week cut, but I am not sure wat suplements I should use?! I am also looking to do something about my chest fat or bitch tits watever you wanna call it haha. ANY ADVICE OR SUGJESTIONS!?!?
