Wicked workout Wasme. Yeah I listen to some of pantera back in the day but not lately. Mostly mine consist of 5 finger death punch older stuff, breaking Benjamin. bullet for my valentine, disturbed, and etc.

I like the ultra wide OHP. I sometimes switch it from front to behind the neck for a change (Klokov- style).
Those plate lifts are killers for sure!

These are brutal; the wide grip over and back BB presses. I have to go even lighter for them.

Will have to try the head to the bench method and see how my back handles these!
 
That head on the bench method will stop cheating too. If your head leaves the bench you are using to much momentum...

Oooh the commercial gym I used to have a membership at had those and they were awesome for everything but pulling. Deads would kind of knock it loose but for everything else they were excellent.

Wow! $78 a set? But they do come with a lifetime warranty. The price we pay for convenience. I think I can just modify the York 1950's original set. Have to admit, I hardly use clamps.
But those are pretty sweet though!
