Wicked workout Wasme. Yeah I listen to some of pantera back in the day but not lately. Mostly mine consist of 5 finger death punch older stuff, breaking Benjamin. bullet for my valentine, disturbed, and etc.

I like the ultra wide OHP. I sometimes switch it from front to behind the neck for a change (Klokov- style).

These are brutal; the wide grip over and back BB presses. I have to go even lighter for them.

Tweaking the back is not good. This head resting on the inclined bench really works to take the pressure off the back:

That head on the bench method will stop cheating too. If your head leaves the bench you are using to much momentum...

Wow! $78 a set? But they do come with a lifetime warranty. The price we pay for convenience. I think I can just modify the York 1950's original set. Have to admit, I hardly use clamps.
But those are pretty sweet though!
