Wasme's recomp journey....

Nice! Gotta do some more reading!!

Where do you get all these workouts? I'd love to give it a try but right now i don't have the time nor is my mind in place for something so complicated. Currently i am running a modified to 3 days DC training as i don't like hitting shoulders and chest on the same day. When i am all set after our big move i am definitely trying meadows

I wish my arm session looked like that. Nice work man.

His are laid out pretty simple. You just print, read, and destroy.

Congrats on your daughters graduation; my youngest sister just graduated as well and it's amazing how fast it went.....seems like yesterday she was starting high school!

Hope you really enjoy Creeping Death - time to get swoll :)

6/25/2015 REST

Wife is a teacher, today being her last day with students we are going out for some sushi this evening, to celebrate the end of the school year.

Noticing a bit of upper forearm pain on my left arm (almost near the inside of my elbow)... will rest it till Saturday morning...

Stop jerking and rest that forearm.

No need for jerking now. His wife is off for next 3 months...lol

Yeah I've been reading his 6 week muscle demolition program and am going to try it once I'm through the MI40x program.
His programs are so well explained and thorough. I have not seen that in many other programs ever.
The one I'm looking at is a 50 page program full of explanations and detail points throughout.
I'm looking forward to working through this one for sure.

Thanks, I really appreciate it!

NO problem... when do you come to Canada?

Muscular Demolition was a lot of fun... and couldn't agree more - which is why i say it is like having him right there with you ..

Doing great in here as usual! Congrats on your daughters graduation!

Definitely... and over the summer, when my kids were younger and I would be at work - my mom would always check in on them, bring them a drink or take them out for lunch. I think they all miss those times.

Yeah, my daughter really enjoyed her grannie picking her up after school with Cheetos and M&M's waiting for her in the car! Lol Mommy's not that nice! ;)

Stop jerking and rest that forearm.

Hahahahaha you guys are funny!

Great workouts! Those crazy arm quad sets looked ridiculous! Oh, and that's amazing and wonderful to here about your daughter overcoming! She's definitely a fighter!!

August 17. Just in time to get over the jet lag and then school starts.
I'll need a couple of tips on snow shovelling!
Only important tip... do not throw the snow in a direction you will have to shovel later. Second tip, if the snow is yellow... DON'T EAT IT!

Well, I'll throw the snow in a direction that i'll have to shovel again only when i want to increase intensity.
About the yellow snow, i will take your word for it

Training is coming along better than ever. Better with age baby, I'm hardbody :) might start a log on here soon it's been awhile

Thanks Irish... if you do start one feel free to drop the link in here

Nice! Doesn't seem that the Death creeps though! Seems it comes running straight at you!
Good work buddy!!!!

And I wondered why it was called creeping death!
I hope you don't have any plans for the weekend.

True... tomorrow's chest session looks good with shoulders/tri's and a bit of back thrown in the mix.

That does look brutal. I don't think I woulda hung around for all those squats.

I had no choice... John said so lol

Nice! Doesn't seem that the Death creeps though! Seems it comes running straight at you!
Good work buddy!!!!

Really though, hit like a damn freight train too

Yeah that leg press rep count is nuts!!

You should hit a gym and see what those leg press #'s equate to on a leg press. I bet you would be surprised!

Good God, man.....oh the humanity! How was that smith legpress w/ 405x30??

Hyde buddy it was brutal... but the 41 reps @ 305 was worse

Yeah that leg press rep count is nuts!!

I am shocked just how sore my legs are tonight

You should hit a gym and see what those leg press #'s equate to on a leg press. I bet you would be surprised!

...perhaps if I come to Myrtle in October - I'll go with you ;)

Yeah Man!! Come on down!!

Creeping Death is a name that accurately describes that session. SMHS Simon!!!

You better up your intra carbs and add more bcaas or protein into your daily regime while on this program; that's no joke man.

Hoping to in October again.

Glycofuse upped to 50g (from 35g) today... and added a couple more scoops of bcaa/saa to my 2 litre jug in the fridge (filling that 2 times a day). Should help with recovery...?

Once typed up this session doesn't look like a whole lot, but it wore me out..

...Almost forgot, took my daughter to a couple of outlets yesterday as they had some good sales going on... picked these up for $70. Wore them today and they felt great (last night did some light squats just to test them out - did notice a difference from wearing a running shoe for sure.)

Those Meadows row look heavy! Then following that up with rack deads and chin-ups... well done!
That was a lot of weight moved. Looked plenty tough to me!

I love deads, but those rack deads are tough. Bar path has no give so it's taxing the same muscles with each rep. Nice work simon, and nice shoes.

Really tried to focus on the stretch on those meadows.. was a good workout.

Thanks man!

When you do those rack deads follow it up with doing a few shrugs before you go down!

Oh, and that's plenty volume when you go moderate to heavy on lifts like that!

...yes for gainz lol

and that would be cool, but we'd get nothing done with you in our presence.

Oh, yes you would! I'd make you! Lol

7/1/2015 REST DAY

We'll call this an active rest day...

5km run

10 rounds ( @ 2:30 / round and :30 rest between) on the heavy bag.

Today is Canada Day = no work. Sun is shining, just need a plan (wife and kids are away). I think a bbq and a couple of beers in the sun are in order.
