Where do you get all these workouts? I'd love to give it a try but right now i don't have the time nor is my mind in place for something so complicated. Yeah I've been reading his 6 week muscle demolition program and am going to try it once I'm through the MI40x program.
His programs are so well explained and thorough. I have not seen that in many other programs ever.
The one I'm looking at is a 50 page program full of explanations and detail points throughout.
I'm looking forward to working through this one for sure.
Definitely... and over the summer, when my kids were younger and I would be at work - my mom would always check in on them, bring them a drink or take them out for lunch. I think they all miss those times.

I love deads, but those rack deads are tough. Bar path has no give so it's taxing the same muscles with each rep. Nice work simon, and nice shoes.

...Almost forgot, took my daughter to a couple of outlets yesterday as they had some good sales going on... picked these up for $70. Wore them today and they felt great (last night did some light squats just to test them out - did notice a difference from wearing a running shoe for sure.)
