It was great! She had a fantastic time. Even one of the waiters came up to us (as my wife and I sat out on the patio while they had the party indoors) and commented that it was such a nice thing we did for her - the manager and staff were great.Between my wife and I we have six children - Mine are 21 (not living at home), 19, 16.. my wife's are 18, 16, 11

Not sure if they would have this at your gym I've only seen it at one down here, but ever try reverse hyper extensions?

NO... They would probably be easier for me to attempt than how I do it, as I have to hook my feet under a bench to not land on my face lol
 
....I didn't get a chance to comment on my Mass 550 use thus far (15 days). So far what I have noticed is:

-Increased aggression (both in and out of the garage)
-Really good focus (this mornings workout - no music - but was totally in the zone)
-Increased pump/muscle fullness (not a lot but this is becoming more apparent in the last few days) - I think this is where the recomping aspect should really start to shine.
-Recovery is up
-Increased thirst (but funny enough less 'sugar' cravings)

Less sugar cravings is a huge seller for me. I'm a sucker for sugar.

The truth is, you just gotta quit sugar cold turkey.

The more sugar you eat the more bacteria grow in your gut that like sugar. They crave it, in turn making you crave it.

The less you eat it the less you want to eat it.

Besides processed sugars = inflammation.

They're just garbage all around and I'd highly recommend not consuming them.

If you want something sweet have some fruit

I was going to do a couple of sets of front squats midway through this workout, to try to get a feel for them - but forgot, and then at the end my legs were just way too wobbly to try something new... next time.

looks like a good leg day to me. bet you're walking like you got railed in the poop chute too... i can barely walk it was a rough one. i walked to my basement to do laundry. stairs... i wanted to sit down and slide on my ass like a little kid..
