Saturday I begin my PCT.The cycle I did was
IForce's Bold at 800mgs for 56 days
Mdrol for the last 21 days
SAMe for the last 21 days

This is my PCT plan
Nolva-Week 1-40,40,40 20,20,20,20
Week 2-20mgs Week 3 & 4-10mgs
SAMe and NAC
Primal Male
Stoked
Retain2-Start on Day 15
Acetyl L-Carnitine-4.5grams a day
a.3 grams from 2 servings of Clout
b.1.5 grams from NOW Foods Acetyl L-Carnitine
My everyday vitamins and oils

I know this might be overkill for my PCT but my goals are to keep all my gains. This is the third cycle I have done. The last was in Sept '07.It was PheraVol and Propadrol.I would like opinions for my PCT.

Overkill? No not really. if you had just ran Bold then it would have been a bit overkill. I mean half the stuff you have in pct is stuff people supplement with out of pct as well. nolvadex dosage looks good. just hopefully you won't have gyno rebound a month or two off. what were your gains like on this cycle anyway?

My gains are amazing.I am up 19lbs and the strength gains are incredible.Squats,D/L,Bench,BO Rows and Powercleans
are all up 20-30lbs plus more reps.
I also added IGF-2 to help with any prolactin issues. The only real side I experienced was lethargy and some back pumps.I used taurine and ate a lot of bananas(potassium) for the backpumps.

Well my question was why is he starting it on the 15th day of PCT? I've got Retain2 on hand for a planned PCT, but I was planning on running it right after the cycle. Wondering if midway PCT is standard?

He should run it straight through PCT was what I meant to say.

Not the first time ive seen this method debated. Nothing wrong with starting your retain at the beginning of PCt, im sure this has been done a million times but recently i have seen people comment on starting it two weeks in.

might i suggest running trione (6-oxo) inverse to the nolva to prevent this. example of 4 weeks of PCT ( starting the trione @ 200mgs. for the 1st week then 300, 400 and finally 500mgs. then ramping down from the 500 to 400 for a week then 300, ending @ 100. this should prevent any kind of rebound. by that time estro and test should be back to normal. just a suggestion that was giving to me by someone on this board and to me.....it makes sense.

Cortisol buildup doesn't start untli a couple of weeks in due to the fact that your body has to figure out WTF is happening. Once you start producing test again and it starts to aromatize and levels rise cortisol will start to be produced. THis usually happens about two weeks into PCT. You could start earlier but most cort blockers aren't meant to run more than 30 days. Starting a couple weeks in gives you some extra time to control the cortisol and you stop taking it about the time the cotisol levels settle down...

i learned this by researching Dinoiii's PCT articles and through
email conversations with him to start Retain2 on Day 15.

Shouldn't I start 6oxo in week 4 through week 7 at 400,300,200,100.

Interesting and good to know.

So, cortisol levels begin to rise approximately 2 weeks after finishing a cycle?
