vpx synthesize vs size on

He asked about synthesize vs size on not synthsize vs no shotgun.
 
Different strokes for different folks. I personally have not used synth size yet but I have done size on. I felt full from it for about 30 minutes.
 
Synthesize looks amazing, wish there was more feedback on it. You cant go wrong with Size-On for intra workout though.
 
I like synthsize looks neat because for recovery its looks to me like from the time you start lifting you want to start recovering and that is the idea of synthsize etc i.e volumaze etc. v12 vault.
 
im taking NO synthesize right now and so far its amazing. i dont get sore after a workout. only downside is that it tastes like $h!+. lol

which flavor are you using?

i see they now have watermelon in addition to black cherry and exotic fruit

i know the black cherry shotgun tastes like blue razz icee
 
Actually the NO Synthesize is an interesting product. It seems like a good all-in-one product. I had a sample of it and used it post workout. Taste was decent. I wouldn't really compare it to SizeON though. Synthesize seems more like a post workout product comparable to Torrent.
 
just about done with a tub of the exotic fruit synthesize. I like it for a direct post workout product. I do a meal, or mixed shake after that. Dont have to wait to get home for the recovery to begin. Very good option if you live more than 15 mins from your gym.
 
Purely for taste only, I'd go with Size-On, however, they really are two different types of products. Synthesize for me was just entirely too sweet and artificial tasting.

im currently taking the exotic fruit flavor. its not so bad till after i swallow it. then its just awful.
 
i've read the ingredients over and over again and synthesize is NO shotgun v3 without the redline and meltdown ingredients. so if you like shotgun you'd probablly like synthesize i love shotgun and am getting synthesize for my nightime workouts.
