volume of 00 caps

does anyone know what the volume of 00 caps is?
or the mg of water that fits into a 00 cap?
I think that might have been posted here before, but I cant find it.
 
It varies widly between powders, but depends on wether you pack it by hand, or with a machine. I can get my 00s filled with anywhere for 600-900mg aprox I beleive it was.
 
I don't have anything to measure volume with here. I can measure by liquid with an oil, so let me see if I can find my oral syringe and get you a volume measurement.
 
Water will dissolve the capsule, leaving an oogy mess.

I might get capsule schmutz all over my lee press-on nails.

beat me to it! but yup. I just took 1cc of a liquid that im supplementing and tried it. yup 1cc filled to the top of the big cap side.

This is true.

Note however that the amount of whatever POWDER you will measure, can get packed into the capsule when filling it. Without using a tamper, I can put .6cc of powder volume just by tapping my cap-em-quik on the tabletop. I'm sure 0.75cc would fit a 0 with a tamper.

Just something to keep in mind.
