Hey brutha. If you have the time, you may want to venture over to my thread and see my final review of PRIME. Today was day 40. And I also gave the strength gains in actual poundages increased. These increases were the results of my hybrid DC routine coupled with the effectiveness of USP Labs PRIME. I saw some good gains. :thumbsup:Thanks TG. I may venture back over to a more HIT style lifting myself. I'm still transitioning from volume to strength, which is why my rep range will be from 15 as far down as 5-6 reps. I just need to make up my mind, I know "optimal" adaptions occur when you pick a side, rather then having a mixed bowl.
Do you use "Clean style" or "Crossed arms" style Irish ?
same here. im not flexible enough to use the "clean" style. plus its easier to drop if i cant complete the lift from the crossed arm postion. clean style is just too awkward of a feeling.Crossed Arms.

Thanks Dragonfly, I appreciate the words, but its all relative. My volume is high, but my weights are fairly decent for my size.
True fact. Studies regarding lower body strength; Men have higher (lower body) absolute strength, however, women have higher (lower body) relative strength. Meaning, men can push more weight, period, no surprise there, however, women can push more weight, relative to their body mass. This is not the case for upper body strength, but lower body, women are slightly more legit then men.

Ya, clean style just feels awkward. My core doesn't seem to hold up as well during the lift if I keep the bar up that way. It's odd how much hand placement plays a role in an exercise like that.
It does feel awkward but I just like doing things the hard waySeriously though, I'm flexible enough to use it and never felt in risk of dropping the bar, but I don't particularly enjoy the stress it puts on the core and that limits the weight I can use. I think I'll try this "gangsta style" next time.

Awesome intro / first day Sam. I have a question. Do you think the slower onset of parasthesia has any benefits??? Perhaps prolonged enhanced nutrient uptake???
Oh and good idea to split up the doses to avoid the parasthesia. Does it help with your focus / mental clarity during the day as well?
im wondering the same thing bud. Where are you going next?Awesome final review!...just amazing! :clap2: This is why youre the pro! Whats next for the BIG V?
i vote for this as the best white flood log ever!
lol. yeah i am guilty of lurking. creepy isn't it?
Aww, Big V went soft on us !

Wow is all I can say about that one. That is beastly at best!
Holy crap, it looks like someone photoshopped a calf for their geometry project! Unbelievable. His quads not only have size, because Trey Brewer and Coleman probably match if not surpass in sheer size, but Tom's quads are also loaded with an irrational amount of definition and contour. The depths of his cuts are mind blowing and the amount of striations he brings out on THAT much mass is outlandish. I haven't seen anything like it since.
Way to wrap up the thread Big V!! :clap2: This was a killer log brutha. Full of info, entertainment, and those wonderful old school videos!! Arnold and Franco were the original Dynamic Duo.
