Vitamin question, best times to take it?

I have been thinking. I always do the wake up pop my supps, wait 30 mins, eat, wait 30 mins pop vitamins, or vice versa.

What about dosing them mid day, or post workout in the afternoon? I mean its not like it will just vanish when you go to sleep, it would still be there when you wake up. just interested in some ideas or theories. I like thinking.
 
Well preferably getting in your vitamins upon wakening is ideal.

Your body uses those vitamins during the day when you are most active, taking them at night they would be used while you're sleeping and wouldn't do much good.
 
As stated above, I have been taking mine upon waking along with my DCP/LV just prior to empty stomach cardio! It hasnt hurt me yet.
 
Now timing really comes down to just which vitamins and supplements you are taking. Many vitamins and minerals work best when given with the absorption of a meal, especially a fatty one. But products such as nitric oxide and caffeine are best on an empty stomach. Creatine, amino acids, and simple carbs are best taken either with say a creatine pyruvate/gluconate combo or sugar right after a workout, given the bodies anabolic window.

So adjust your regiment accordingly.
 
I take mine with a pre-workout meal (if applicable). If not I take w/ my postworkout meal. Somtimes I also split the dosage throughout the day. Who says you need the entire "serving" all at once anyway? It actually makes more sense to split the dosage if you ask me. All depends I guess. I find that sometimes when I take the entire multi all at once I don't absorb it all and end up highlighting the toilet. I would rather not waste and just split it and take some later.
