Daaaaaaaamn I wish I could do this, but I'm starting a log for Controlled Labs tomorrow. Gunna be using Blue GrowtH for a month. I'd be totally down to log this for the three months after.

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !): I've been boxing for 6 years, grapplng for 4 years and doing weights as much as I can. Gone through a lot of injuries lately, working on strengthening my lower back and knee. Focusing a bit more on weights, cardio and boxing right now, just going to start slowly adding in light grappling. I think you should choose me because I always do detailed logs.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Monday- Push Day, abs, H.I.T cardio, knee therapy
Tuesday- Pull day, back therapy/ boxing at night
Wednesday- Cardio day, abs
Thursday- Boxing
Friday- Boxing and light grappling, abs, knee and lower back therapy
Saturday- off
Sunday- off

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): Was recomping, now bulking, I gain weight pretty quick, around 185 right now and will prob be over 200 in another month or 2, I'm lookin to put a lot of mass and strength on.

Current Daily water intake:A lot

Goals: Build strength, Mass and focus on boxing.

WHY should we choose you ! !):I have been training for about close to 20 years now ( wow im getting old ) I have trained every which way over the years and now it has slowed to doing what the body tells me. I can not pound the constant heavy weight all the time like I use to.I think I would be a good candidate to see how a longer term test supl. would work . As we all know with age it does start to fall off :(

Usual. sched.
Monday: chest
Tuesday: legs
wed: shoulders
thur: OFF
Friday: Back
Sat: arms
Sun: OFF
They sced. is used on rotation and every few weeks MON/TUES/WED ends up just a cardio day with thurday off and back into rotaion. The day/muscle groups end up getting closer then further apart if you follow it.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
Food is mostly the usual chicken,ground beef,turkey,tuna
carbs will be picking up a bit wiht winter and the holidays but mostly oats in the am brown rice,potato,pasta at lunch,pre workout meal and dinner, Protien shakes are mid morning and before bed (casien)
Current Daily water intake: Almost 12 oz every hour or other hour.

Goals:Increase Muscle/strength while staying lean and healthy!

I am currently running a 5/3/1 with decent results. I've had 5 shoulder repairs (yes, you read that right), the last one this past april. It was carnage: infra and supra tears along with a slap on the right. It's feeling better than it has in years and I'm currently training for a powerlifting meet next March. I'm shooting for a 1k total.

Monday: squats, good mornings
Tuesday: off
wed: bench/triceps
thur: off
Friday: deadlifts/pendlays/barbell shrugs

water intake - 6 32 ounce glasses/day...i pee alot :)

Goals: strength/mass - cutting is not an option

Been training pretty hard for about 3-4 years, started about junior year in high school and took a break freshman year of college, but now i'm back on track and bigger/stronger than ever. I actually just got back from the gym and hit some PR's, 380 on the bench and incline DB pressed 110 lbs x 10! Currently a Junior in college, see below for workout schedule.



Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):

Monday: Chest..start off with HEAVY bench, usually end up getting up to 315 for about 5-6 reps, then some heavy incline db press, then some fly's and another pressing motion


Tuesday: Back...Usually start of with some heavy yates rows, then do some lat work (pulldown usually) and throw in some more back exercises.

Wednesday: Arms . . . sometimes i'll take wednesdays off, but usually i'll do arms. I always start off with moderately heavy BB curls, then heavy skullcrushers, then throw in some cables/whatever I can think of until I can't move my arms anymore. My arms tend to tire and recover pretty quickly so they are pretty easy to train.

Thursday . . Cardio

Friday . . . Cardio, core, and Legs. Core consisting of abs and lower back, including deadlifts. Always do cardio,deadlifts, then abs in that order, then some squats usually

Saturday . . Shoulders. I like to give shoulders a long rest from chest because they take a while to recover. Always start off with HEAVY arnold presses, usually can get up to about 95lbs for 10-12 reps.

Sunday...rest, or if i'm feeling like a bum i'll do some cardio :)

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):

No "strict" diet to be completely honest. My diet only really consists of 3 things; meats (chicken, steak, fish), brown rice, and vegetables (and by vegetables i mean edamame..love that **** lol). Usually will have greek yogurt in the morning and will snack on nuts or cottage cheese in between meals.

Current Daily water intake: don't count, but way more than a gallon, probably close to 2 or 2.5 gallons.

Goals: Main one right now is 405 bench by new years, but over the course of the next 3 months I want to hit at least 440-450 on the bench. I know that's high hopes, but it's good motivation.

i added it to my cart and i could not pull the trigger...im on bioforge right now...10 days in on 3rd and final bottle...and love it. The supplement industry has made very very skeptical over the last 20 yrs i have been training...seems like i will wait and see more feedback on this....hoping its as good to be honest

That was ridiculous. We are obviously not a scam, and everyone has received there product. We also have shown the licensed invoices from the patent holders. Understandably, he is upset that there is a cheaper alternative. All reviews have been excellent! He also claimed that he was going to have it tested and prove it was a fake. Yet he never seemed to come up with those results.....
 
Reviews have also been sparse. A couple of people I trust with the reviews said they were running it but didn't seem to post up anything final so I am not sure what the conclusion is.

I would apply as it has been a while since I felt a nice testosterone boost and lord knows I could use the adaptogens at the moment.

Looking forward to the logs. From a selfish perspective I hope you pick people that are well known on the board so they are more trusted.
