Very 1st Ostapure and Anogenin Cycle

I have read a serm is required to run Ostra . Has anyone ran without ? At what dose? And is OTC pct good enough for most runs???

Honestly bud you could run osta @20mg for six to eight weeks reasonably safe with a good otc pct and maybe not have any bad sides after your run. But you do what you want if you know your body well enough and know how it reacts to certain compounds then you could run it that way, but not know it's always best to keep a SERM on hand. Right now I feel great definitely no suppression at all and no lethargic feeling either. Of course I am running AR1MACARE PRO, DIM, Fenugreek, and a little more trib than what's in the AR1MACARE. Plus I'm only a week in, so take it for what it is.
 
Hey man, research the interaction between fenugreek and anabolics. My buddy just passed along some info that it inhibits and cancels something out and not great to run on cycle m just a heads up

there is no evidence that fenugreek boosts T, he'll there's really no studies in humans that suggests trib boosts T either (although it could help stimulate the LH). I don't get why anyone runs any natty products to help boost T on any cycle. You're just fighting a compound that u want to take over your body and be effective. As for lax I've used it transdermally at high doses and sadly never saw any benefits.

Just never a fan of running anything natty in the ways of test boosting on cycle of any exogenous hormone. It's just a waist of money. I'll run natty supplements that might have other benefits but deff not for boosting T. Save for pct and get rid of fenugreek, it's only noted benefit through all the studies I could find were slight changes in body composition. Nothing noteworthy apparently.

Sorry for repeating a question . Just want to see how everyone is running it befor I do . I've only ran 1 Andro from finaflex so I haven't ran any harsh cycles . Just learning the ropes

Ok guys and gals this workout was intense. I just felt like I could have worked out forever. Probably won't be able to even move tomorrow but ohh well lol. Vascularity was greater than normal, but also lasted way longer than normal. This could be accredited to the 2 Yok3d pills I took on top of my pre workout stack. Will post some pics of me from day 0.
 
Solid arm session. Bet the pump was real nice!!

Oh yeah it was man and tomorrow is gonna be wild. I am gonna do chest. I don't know if you guys have heard about the 100 rep challenge, but I intend on doing that tomorrow for a extremely insane pump. Last time I did it on flat db bench press I did 65lbs dba and the first set I did 29 reps. I had a silly pump lol. After that I got about 15-12 and then about 88 reps I switched to 75s for the last 12 reps. Probably the hardest and most intense exercise I have ever done.

Ok guys and gals this chest day was painful. The pump from the hundred rep challenge hurt so bad and had me so pre exhausted that my strength was way down on everything else. I focused more on pushing blood into the muscle rather than strength, so all exercises were done with as much muscle contraction as possible.

I'm thinking of running ostapure as well. I was told its a higher grade sup compared to the stuff available in the market.
Plan is 6 weeks @20mg a day. Not sure what to do with shutdown and potential gyno. Looking for a recomp run!
 
It's a great product, so far I love it. It had Mr feeling great in the gym and stronger than before. I'm currently running AR1MACARE as my on cycle support, but have a SERM on hand just incase something pops up which I recommend to anyone honestly wanting to run anything like this product or ph or aas. Also have Super PCT as well to help me after my cycle and Wil have a SERM to go along with it, but at a very very mild dosage as I have not felt or been effected by any estrogenic adverse affects YET. So that might change just saying I have not had any as of now. Another thing I'd suggest is to run it a little longer either 8 to 12 weeks. As it just started kicking in and I'm in my third week.
 
Yeah your said 3.34 hours but how would that be so? Doesn't seem it would be in your system long enough to do anything

**** dbol got a half life of about 6hours think about vico din or oxycontin it starts working in like 30 min.. a shorter half life just means you.have to dose more often to keep stable.levels
 
I'm still going strong man about 7 weeks in right now feeling great. Obvious size gains along with a leaner look at the end of my cycle I'll post pics of before and after. Vascularity is awesome right now. Still not as lean as I'd love to be but I might do a cycle of something else to cut after my pct

what if I told you oral SARMS dont work. havnt seen any decent evidence through studies or any good logs. gains that people see when taking oral sarms look like placebo.

So in turn they're not gains by your logic. Because if they saw gains then.....
 
Some of loggers said themselves it was probs placebo. And the logs that had diets posted were all in calorie surplus. So 1-2pounds of weight gain over 4 weeks could of been from diet alone. Just isn't enough evidence for me to use it. Injectable sarms is a different story, however risks increases.

Have you try it osta? Is hormonal suppression from osta placebo too ?
 
I can gain 1-2 pounds a week in a surplus. Your argument holds no water. There's plenty of logs and data to show that SARMs are effective. There is no bioavailability issue that would render them useless as you are trying to make it sound.

Also a log means nothing to me. Failed or successful logs are relative to the person running them. Not the compound they're taking.
 
Stop the broscience..... its a good mild compound. Try it. At 20-25mg its anavar like. At 25-35 its great. At 200 its test tren dbol all in 1.

Meant kilos mate. Australian. So 4 and bit pounds I guess? Which is nothing if you can gain 1-2 a week in a surplus. Anyways gym buddy tried a sarm for 5 weeks and nothing apart from gradual wieght gain which was diet. No difference in his tendinitis either since the product claimed to to help with injuries and inflammation. Over here doctors give injectable sarms for muscle atrophy and injury related things. If orals were effective why not prescribe those instead of injections? The link you sent was educational but I'm still not convinced. Anyway thats just what I think. If you think they work that's fine. If you make gains that's even better
 
I've ran multiple cycles of Osta, for bulking and cutting, with different dosages and can absolutely tell you the success that I had was not all cycle. I, as well as others on this site, put in a lot of time/dedication/consistency in what we do. We just don't take a product and hope that it does something. We make sure that our diet/training/recovery is on point. We keep logs from every cycle to make sure that it's not just the diet/training/PED that's working.

I don't know here in the states we get testosterone replacement therapy in patches gels and injections women can get injections for birth control or take pills if oral birth control is effective why not just prescribe those instead of injections.

Cause laws on drugs and supplements here are messed up. Besides just found out that sarms are now illegal here unless prescribed.

Were you on anything else apart from Swiss cheese while in negative calories. Seriously though. Didn't think sarms had nutrient partitioning abilities.

High protein / carb cycling diet and increased cardio. I used the osta more to preserve muscle mass while running clenbuterol.

Injectble sarms work fine but need a prescription. It's the oral ones I feel don't work. Orals are banned here.
