Very 1st Ostapure and Anogenin Cycle

EL1MINATE or Ar1micare Pro? Both are good to go. I haven't looked at post cycle 3x but you may want some l-dopa or inhibit P for prolactin if there isn't much in there.
 
I will once I get me a bottle of strength from Olympus Labs bc it has 120 caps for the same price I got the Anogenin
If you're looking at STR3NGTH I would highly suggest going Dermastrength. Reviews have been better on it in my experience and the extended exposure through TD delivery would e of benefit with the short half life.
 
I think the cycle I got going right will suffice for my first man lol I'm going to try and take this out to at least 8 full weeks then pct for for weeks after that

Day two has went underway. Weight is about the same 189lbs this morning. Currently@ work getting off around 5 them to go murder the gym and my arms. Only took one Anogenin this morning at 11 so thinking about taking the second around 2. So far feeling good just sore from my back workout yesterday. Prepared today to actually log everything I do, so I can see my progress strength wise better. Well have a good day everyone.

Day3 - Chest day

This was a shorter chest workout with the gf than normal so pump wasn't as intense as it could be. But still pump was insane for the slower pace. Already feeling stronger not doing anymore weight then normal yet but reps are feeling easier and getting a few more of them too. Protein intake is still right around 250-300. I have upped my carbs before working out so I can get the most out of the workout. And fats are still the same about 60-70.
 
Day4 - leg day

Stretching

Ok guys it might just all be in my head, but these reps on leg press are normally very hard to push out after I get past 4pps. Now the with each addition of a plate I just felt like I could have keep going and going :) but I know I got to limit myself or I might pull something lol so I took it slow on the last sets making sure to feel the weight and focus on contraction. So there is definitely something to these two products. They just make you feel great. Can't wait to see what is in store for me.

It's ok to take longer than that. Many supplements have statements like that as a precautionary. 2 caps AM, 2 caps PM
 
So since it came in just now and I work tonight when should I take it? I usually go to sleep around 3 or 4 o'clock and wake up at 8 or 9 then work 10-7.

Awesome I can't wait, so with that being said should I wait til week three or four to start taking my AR1MACARE PRO? Or just got ahead get this puppy started
 
I'm at the end of my 3rd week of my Osta cycle and I've already noticed a strength increase and weight loss. I'm running mine at 30 mg for 8 weeks though
 
Day 6 was another leg day, but this time was a lot lighter and more reps plus some more cardio. This workout was basically lighter to be another "rest" day. So you guys that have taken ostarine what do y'all typically feel when it kicks in finally? Jw thanks

Pump was insane today looked a little dryer in my arms while doing shoulder press. Also new pr on shoulder press by pumping out 11 reps with 65lbs dba woohooo can't wait to see even more hopefully later on in my cycle. First week down and feeling great so far. Tomorrow I will either bump my anogenin up to 75mg or 100mg. I'm not sure which one lol anyone want to put in some inputs go ahead I'd like to hear them on the amount of laxogenin. Thanks guys n gals
