VERSA-1, Compound20, SS Forskolin-95 (8 weeks)

It's intense lol. Yeah, that's been my experience in the past with ArA.

I got some X-Gels right when they were released the first time and had a 6 bottle run (bought 3/compensated 3). It was kind of a pain taking 20 of them pre-workout, but I enjoyed it lol.

I'll probably end this log soon and relocate in the training forum. I'll be done with C20 tomorrow and I'm stopping V-1 after I try it a few times with Enhanced. I'm almost out of forskolin as well.

Definitely the next thing I want to try. Just hope someone comes out with a version where I don't have o swallow so many caps.

The recommended dose (on the bottle) for X-Factor is 4 gels, and I'm guessing X-Gels will be similar. That would give you 1g of ArA.

Yep. I want to try the SNS version. I am sure they will get the dosing corrected.

It should be more affordable as well. I got my X-Factor with the 200ct. bottle pre-sale, so it was a good deal.
 
And U take that on workout days only ?

I'm reexamining my creatine situation was taking 5 caps mcc on training days and 4 on off days..but my legs were getting too big! currently taking 4 caps everyday but thinking maybe should move to workout days only and increase the caps? I need my legs to shrink lol

Haha the creatine won't make your legs bigger in of itself, only aids you in getting a few extra reps. You could always just lower the volume of your workouts.

Yea.. I increases weight on all my lifts lol... Just my legs (and chest) grow like weeds... Rest of my body does not .. So It's uncomfortable at this point.. Just gonna drop the weight

I'm literally the polar opposite, my legs and chest grow slowly while the rest just take off. I just compensate by increasing the intensity haha
 
I'd follow if you did a training log once this ends. I think a lot of people would appreciate it especially with how interesting Meadows methods are and it would be helpful to those looking for questions on it. :thumbsup:

Thanks bolt. That's a pretty good point. There really doesn't seem to be many logs out there using his methods, at least that I've seen. I'll be finishing the program in a couple weeks, but plan to start back up shortly after...and I missed out on picking up the band pack with the sale. I'll grab it soon either way though.

Hope it does too man. UPS just pushed back my estimated delivery time for Enhanced to as late as 6PM :(. At least I'm not working out today.

One of the best supplements (ArA) available for positive changes in body composition. I haven't used XFA, but wouldn't recommend it due to the inclusion of omega-3's (anti-inflammatory). ArA is a pro-inflammatory fatty acid, so it would seem counterproductive to include them. I actually stop using fish oil during my ArA runs and keep my super cissus dosing as far away from ArA as possible.

I've heard nothing, but great things about Animal Test, minus the price.

Very interesting, have you experienced good results with X-Factor? I've heard it gives you crazy DOMS, something I'll have to consider throwing in during future cycles.

Alphamine and Enhanced together might be a bit too much stim..
 
I'd go with Alphamine and Enhanced separate first. If you do want to combine them after assessing tolerance of each I'd start with a lower dose of both.

Thanks breezy.. two cans is good for 42 days.. perhaps I will just give it a go, being as they are sitting in my box and see what happens, mind you I can never just run one thing lol
 
Alphamine has proven to be better than most preworkouts on the market for me. Clean energy, total focus and seems to last a few hours.

Yup, both X-Factor and X-Gels. I've had decent lean mass gains and body recomposition results. DOMS and pumps can be intense. You could probably get a good deal when X-Gels are released (again).

I'm way too excited to combine the 2 lol. I think you'll like it. It takes a little longer for some people to feel the effects, but hopefully you're not one of them lol. Added focus/mental clarity will probably be apparent from the first dose.
 
Got my Enhanced/Erase. No better way to test out the V-1/Enhanced combo than with a high intensity leg session in the morning :)

Having used both already, I'm fairly confident it'll be positive. I'm curious to see if I'll want to lower my Enhanced dose when combined. The focus should be very intense.

The final product does have Calcium Carbonate that should theoretically increase the stimulant effect. I felt 1.5 servings with my V-1 yesterday was on par with my sample packs. I really enjoyed the focus, other than having to convince myself not to add extra work to my program.

Yeah, I saw that being mentioned. I might start a little lower tomorrow as well. I'll attempt to quickly beat my legs into submission so I don't have the option of staying.

Quick update. Bicep DOMS are intense (doesn't happen often) and triceps aren't far behind. My chest seems to be recovering pretty fast, as soreness is minimal.

Nice ..... Looks awesome. Homemade? Always found ground turkey to have a weird flavour, but perhaps that is because I am expecting it to be beefy....

Thanks. They're homemade. I added some Worcestershire sauce, which gives them a little more flavor. I have a recipe that includes ricotta cheese, but left it out. There's sauteed onions on top for extra flavor as well.

Go for it. There's plenty of ways you could spice it up. I've added Franks (buffalo) and blue cheese before as well. You can top it with a blue cheese crumble/mayo mix.

What a guy! Is tomorrow today? There's a good chance you're in for a highly focused workout with a serious pump. I wouldn't be too surprised if you end up with some DOMS from effectively hitting/destroying your muscles either.

I'm getting ready to attack my legs :)

Yep today. About to pop the versa when I get home and sip on enhanced while I wait. Back day!
 
Today's workout had me nauseous for over an hour after I finished. Every intensity technique I could think of was used, and I barely made it out of the gym.

Big thumbs up for the V-1/Enhanced combo.

I'll have a full update posted later.
