Supplementation


VERSA-1: 1 cap pre workout


Compound 20: 2 caps pre workout, 2 caps 7 hours later


Forskolin-95: 1 cap when I woke up, 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap post workout, 1 cap pre bed (100mg total)


Jack3d micro: 2 scoops pre workout


Modern BCAA+: 2 scoops pre workout/2 scoops post workout

-I don't plan to always use it post, but today's workout was intense and I didn't eat until an hour+ later.


ALCAR-500: 2g pre workout


Agmatine 500: 2 caps before a high carb meal


AP: 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap before dinner

-I thought I'd used AP before my post workout meal, but found it in my pocket an hour later lol.




I had a very tough workout planned for my last of phase 2 (phase 3 tomorrow). I used a lot of intensity techniques and pushed the weight a little higher (without sacrificing form) on a couple exercises. My endurance seem to be up, as I maintained strength better and didn't come quite as close to getting sick.

This workout is crazy!!! I can't believe you can even walk. I can only think it will be very difficult to walk in 2 days. This should give you great hormone release and spark some nice growth. Good job man!!! I'm very impresses!!!

Haha thanks. I felt good after the first set, so decided to throw some weight on. I'm curious to see how my BB squat is doing these days. I'm probably going to be thinking how "stupid" it was tomorrow when I can't move.

Last week was the first time I did BB in about 15 weeks. I was much stronger than I thought. Sore for a week though.

I suspect you'll do the same. My minor hip/knee injuries i had before MD, weren't there either.

Intact everything seems to be very "pain free".

That's good news. I saw you did a MD arm session tonight, but did you finish the program already?

I hope so. All my injuries/pains have gotten better as well. The training is brutal, but a ton easier on the joints.

Yeah I finished my first cycle. It's kind of "whatever I want" right now until I settle in with a new program. Per my conundrum in my thread :-D

Thanks. Yeah, I haven't had an issues for a while now. Hopefully it remains that way.

That's what I figured. I'll probably do the same for a couple weeks after I finish up.
 
Good luck climbing stairs for the next few days Breezy. I've found it helps to use both hands and feet, and when going down to turn backwards again using hands and feet to crawl backwards down the stairs. This is particularly useful for first thing in the morning when your'e half awake in addition to being in pain.

Thanks classic. I'll actually give that a shot if I'm hurting. When my legs are in really rough shape, I'm afraid I'll rip the railing of the wall trying to support myself lol.

You'll feel and look ridiculous but hey, it beats falling down the stairs or damaging the railing.
 
I'm overloaded with FP as well...and I'm generally not a fan. PES and USP seem to have nailed it though and I actually enjoy the taste. I do have watermelon Modern BCAA+ arriving today, which I'm probably more excited about than I should be lol.

Watermelon modern??? Hmmm... I'm still a bit turned off to watermelon after hemavol though. I seem to be the only person in the world who doesn't like it. First few times I thought it was good but that wore off. A bit to strong or something for me.

I have the FP also. That's the only flavor that was available at NP when I bought mine. Never had the old version but This stuff is pretty good. Blue razz sounds good too.

Thanks fumoney. I don't think it's supposed to be bad (still haven't checked though). We've already had more snow since the blizzard, but it seems like nothing if it's less than a foot now haha.

You are the man! I'm definitely looking forward to running versa! The focus on enhanced was intense and I imagine versa workouts are crazy!

I know you'd do the same for me man. You won't be able to get the full experience from a few caps, but some of the cognitive effects should be noticeable. The V-1/Enhanced combo is going to be awesome. I can't wait to give it a shot myself.
