VECTOR pre release leaks and info

I have two questions for brundel...

1. in the supplement market, is there a product that marries well with Vector? (apart from your products of course)

2. I take Vector immediately after having finished eating (3 times a day), do you think I am altering its effects?


Brundel is the man for this and I'm curious meself about the timing around a meal. I've been timing as I would a GDA (about 10/15 mins prior to eating a lot of food) but I could be wrong. Not enough info or logs ran about it yet to get any definitive answers.
Regarding stacking, I've been running an old bottle of K1ngs Blood I had to hand for the last week with it and it seems to be working well.
I was running Nolvadren XT with it, but I elbowed that as my libido was on the floor.
 
Thank you. Basic 40/40/20 diet. Decent amount of fiber. Cutting carbs made me pretty tired, maybe low blood sugar from vector? Basics fruit, vegetables, dairy meats, grains. Of course cheat meals here and there.

From the sound of it whilst on vector you’ve been going harder in the gym and that would use up more glycogen.
Glyco can happen to people who aren’t used to not having a ready stream of carbs for metabolising. Chances your body would get used to it after a few weeks and after that you’ll feel better generally
 
One more thing. I did an experiment yesterday. I am on keto and wanted to go to the movies so I figured in the snacks I going to buy and shhhhhhh (sneak into the theater)... they were sugar free and mostly stevia sweetened. The thing is, about 30 minutes into the movie I was... ahem, playing the trumpets shall we say?

Abdominal stress / Bloating, and gas. Lots of gas. I think we ignore some of the smaller things we do with our diets that could cause us short term distress that we let go unnoticed. I'm also taking pre-and-probiotics for some time now, and maybe could be drinking more water as well. I think it could also be the foods you are eating that are helping this effect.

This morning. I'm just fine. Mostly. :)

Did you check all the labels for sugar alcohols? They definitely cause flatulence, even at low doses. Speaking from my reading and personal experience ?
I avoid them completely now just in case I go to see someone particular lol

It’ll definitely help. Anabolism also consumes water as does healthy energy metabolism. So if someone who wasn’t growing much and putting in 5/10 at the gym starts growing and putting in 7/10 at the gym they’ll need to drink more water than usual. Chances are they’ll be sweating more too

bb333 how have you been finding vector for muscle strength and size overall compared to FD2?

Surely Vector will give you more strength! Around 4-5 weeks you start to feel the difference. I have improved the weight on some exercises. Before I changed the program to change the stimulus to the muscle, this time I decided to continue to climb with the weights.
As already written, I'm taking only Vector and Folli2. I removed the rest of the supplements.
For now I'm happy and I hope to see other results.
In terms of muscle I do not know, I'm in caloric deficit, I'm trying to clean up, and the result is good. I'm waiting too, to understand how far I can push myself.

It wasn't nearly enough time for the candy to get into your lower intestines where the magic/gas happens. It was something you'd eaten earlier during the day. Your team will be fine!

Most definitely! That's what I have switched into about two weeks ago and loving it. I am toying with the idea of carb cycling in a couple of weeks to change it up! Gotta keep that body guessing and adjusting. Stagnation causes nothing, and you can quote me on that.

I am not the one you asked but IMO Vector is superior in both areas (strength and size). The only areas FD2 is better then Vector in is endurance and weight loss.
I wasn't realy sure on fd2 at first but I have noticed since I've been off it that my endurance has gone down a lot and I've gained a bit of fat...

I noticed this as well after a long run, i find FD2 works great for endurance boosting and you sort of get used to it after a while then once stopping feel it more.
 
I’ve been taking my vector 2 caps before each meal. The GDA properties are quite significant. Body comp still looking good, as I’ve been eating a bit more on off days than I’ve been wanting lol. I have definitely noticed a bit of strength/endurance. The pump is real in the gym to. Shoulder pressing 200lbs on this one iffy shoulder press machine. T bar rowing like 4 plates for like 3-4 reps. 275 on the squat goes up easier to. Oddly I don’t see any strength increase on the bench. Would love to hit 275 by the end of this run.

Oh yeah, I am sweating a ****ton. Could be either through increased workload or increased water holding due to better glycogen retention.

If you are stalled on Bench shift to a different exercise and drop bench for 8 weeks. When you return youll be stronger.
Shift to DB presses
I also will sometimes bench in the smith machine. This allows you to get under greater weights and become accustomed to seeing xxx weight on the bar. Mentally it helps.
Finally if you are dead set on Bench the way to build strength there is rest pause sets. But you cant do this by yourself. Dangerous as your always near failure.
Pick a weight you will fail at 10 reps.
Push till fail
Rack and take 10 deeps breaths.
Unrack and push to fail.
Rack and take 10 breaths.
UNrack and push to fail.
This is a rest pause set. Every week either add a rep or add weight to the bar.

Not even about me, but I've definitely stalled on bench hard... Today after seeing this when you posted it I did all Dumbell work. Let's see how it goes, only plan to do it for 4 weeks but hopefully I break the plateau. Thanks for the tip.

I am currently running Vector, FD2, MTS Vasky, HPN PA7 and Pre-Kaged and loving all of this! How should I be dosing vector and fd2 on off days? Im getting LASIK on monday and wont be able to lift for a week! :(

Vector 2 x 3 and FD2 1 x 3.

Could you offer any training tips for breaking plateaus on biceps and triceps? Hit the same plateau before and after my injury last year ?
 
Probably been answered before but I am lazy, Vector. Does it need to be taken before or after food? On an empty stomach or any other specific timings. I am currently taking one before dinner and one after. Just to cover all bases and doing that with three of my daily meals

I usually dose vector with food, but yesterday my my first dose was about 730 to 8, and I didn’t eat until 1230.

My maintenance is about 3000 and i have been eating 1800-2000 and i feel great surprisingly, no rise in cortisol, workouts have been great and feel myself getting stronger and slimmer, i will start a log tomorrow

Felt absolutely horrific throughout my workout. Like I was badly hungover.
I won't be mixing a GDA with Vector again. I'll save my GDAs for a disgustingly opulent cheat meal or something...
 
I restarted Vector after a two weeks break and I am definitely back on track. I can feel that the break was beneficial for me.

Good morning to know. I think people are reporting needing carbs with Vector, and possible GDA effects. So the combo is probably too much. I'll save my Pre-da-tor for later as well.

Are you saying you took vector and ******** 15 min before you're preworkout or preworkout meal? Do not take ******** without eating after. It's strictly a GDA.

I took Pred*tor and Vector 15 minutes before approx 60g carbs/Karbolic.
Then did my workout about 45 minutes later.
I would never take a GDA without food except maybe a light one like ILoad or Slin Sane at bedtime.
Problem was, and what I was asking was, is Vector and Pred too much with regards GDA properties, cause and effects

GDA's are great for higher carb refeeds, maybe daily use for your biggest carb meal. Would Not use on a high fat or high fat + high carb meal. GDA's dont prevent fat gain from a cheat day, thats not how they work. Look at something like Defuse for a cheat day blowout

Just stay on track.
Its only a week so just stay the course. Eat lean and clean. R&R.

Yah I think everyone stalls out on lifts like this because its tough to push past certain spots.
I know many people wont recommend this but for breaking past barriers and increasing strength machines are often better. The reason is you can rack and unrack the weight easier.
Even with dumbbells it can be tough to perform rest pause sets. By the time you get to the third set you can hardly get the dumbells up to press.
Rest pause sets are insanely good for building strength. When you go back to bench use a spot and employ rest pauses there as well.
Watch the numbers creep up.
They key is add a rep no matter what. If you have to rack it and get the 1 more. Do it. Eventually you wont need to rack.

Yes sir.
Similar suggestion.
1. Rest pause
2. drop sets.

Also starting today perform every rep like this.
Strong controlled concentric, squeeze at the top of the rep and then a slow controlled eccentric. SO each rep should take at least 5 sec or so.
1 lift,2 squeeze, eccentric 3,4,5.

Then perform the rest pause.
use a weight you will fail around 10 reps. Gotill fail. take 10 breaths, Go again till fail. Rack and take 10 breaths. Go again till fail.
It should look like 10/5/3 or something like that. If its 10/10/10 or anywhere near that your not going to fail on the first and you need to increase weight.
When you can get 20 total increase weight. If not increase a rep. Even if tyou have to rack and pick up again 10 sec later.

Every week. No matter what. You WILL increase either a rep or the weight.

Lol yah prob massive overkill on the GDAs. Hypoglycemia sucks.
