Vasoconstriction of Caffeine Vs Vasodilation of Arginine

Caffeine can cause vasoconstriction of blood vessels, while arginine causes vasodilation.

Now the effects of caffeine are extremely studied and proven, as are the effects of arginine supplementation.

So which one holds precedent?

Is it more beneficial to include caffeine to receive the effects of such at the expense of vasodilation, or are the effects of vasodilation with arginine more beneficial, at the expense of not receiving caffeines addition.

Can you use both and still receive strong enough of a benefit, or does it reduce vasodilation beyond a reasonable point?

Caffeine reduces arginines effects somewhat, but not enough to over-ride arginines vasodialation.

I wonder if there have been any studies or logs covering this, in regards to the sheer quantity of preworkout products that contain caffeine.

I remember reading that tea caused vasoconstriction when tea was drank on an empty stomach but when the tea was drank after a meal it actually caused vasodialation.

Maybe we should all just drink tea with our pre-workout meals...

I personally drink 2 cups of Indian Assam tea pre-workout.Beats a Caffeine pill plus is more enjoyable.

I drink a ton of coffee and when mixed with Nos Ether, or any pump products never reduces the pump or veins much at all for me personally.

I honestly rarely receive a pump. I take VasoCor preworkout along with Vaso from NX labs (Im sorry, I got it for 10 bucks....) on an empty stomach, but I have so little vascularity.

Any further suggestions?

A carb pump? I'm sorry, but that seems funny to me. The effect of caffeine is minimal at best. It has a much to mild effect to worry much about it. Has also been shown recently to work as a mild pain reliever during exercise. I would stick to less then 200mg per day to stay in the safe zone.

glycogen pump is far superior to any pump from vasodilation

while arginine causes vasodilation.

There is no human stuides on arginine so if I was you I would not use it period. If you want something to increase NO use GLPC. At least that was studied to increase NO product or vasodilation in humans.

I finally graduated yesterday which means I can properly diet. The glycogen pump sounds like something I have definitely been missing.
