Awesome back day, dumbbell rows felt light and my endurance was amazing. The combo of the PA + PES Pre was insane. I can see this being something I run together in the near future. I have about a week left and I am impressed with the PA to say the least. Strength up, calories and weight up, fat seems to remain the same.
Highlights so far
- increased thermo to start, not as strong now but still noticeable.
- strength seems to continue to climb
- hungry was up but now leveled off
- vascularity better in arms, chest and shoulders
- very full pumps especially when stacked with a good preworkout
