Monday November 19th


Strong back workout, didn't focus much on deads as my legs were still a bit tender from Saturday. Went up to 225 and called it a day for deads, but want to push hard next back day.

PA notes: I find I don't want to have off days, I'm not sure if its because I've upped my calories along with the PA but I am definitely getting stronger each workout. Jumped on the scale today and I am at 183.7 (+2.7 lbs) and feel lean. Vascularity is awesome in my shoulders, forearms and biceps. Muscles feel very full which usually happens when I up my carbs. So far so good.

I was gonna say....275 deads, while sore is no joke my friend.

I'm right there with ya my friend. You'll get there, for sure.
Compared to my other lifts, my back is lacking. My buddy can't squat 225 but deads over 400, drives me nuts.

Stick with it and HAMMER that posterior chain, my friend! Daily hamstring blast?

Re: PA - It's tough, but you know you HAVE to take an off day every once in awhile. Keep smashing through it, and use those off days to plan and prime for your next training day!

With 2 days off I was dying to kill legs today. Felt great, was sweating buckets and managed to put up some solid numbers.

Weight is hovering around 184 which is + 3 lbs in almost 3 weeks, feel lean, eating lots but pretty clean. The PA + alphamine is an awesome combo so far, def notice better definition in my shoulders, chest and abs.

Other things I have noticed is I am very hungry this week and have been sleeping really well, deep sleep each night.

Shoulders today, didn't attempt the 100lb dumbbell press today )= . I didn't have a spot working out at my house for this workout, stopped at 90's.


PA notes.

My hunger continues to increase, I literally haven't stopped eating the past 2 days. Steak and eggs for breakfast, 2 chicken breasts with greens for lunch, chicken stir fry for a snack, couple shakes, almond butter and celery, 2 pork chops with sweet potatoes, green beans, brocolli for supper. After all of that I just had a Thai chicken salad....and I am honestly hungry.



Just over 184 on the scale today, so still up 3 lbs without any viable fat gain.


Pumped for tomorrows workout.....and food.

When she works it's usually BBQ steak and veggies multiple times per day.

Been lifting focusing on going heavy.
Funny you asked. I ran 17 a few weeks ago got back on...
Looking for a mild extended cycle. Want lean gains no bloat or water. Looked at the AMS Pro kit... But there's this company called NRG-X Labs I may nab some of their 1,4 Maxx and run that for 8 weeks....
Not sure.
Just been on a pre work out/protein/creatine basics.

Unexpected off day, we are in the midst of moving this weekend so things are pretty hectic here.

Still getting vascular, I had mean vascularity while moving boxes to the basement today.

Hitting the gym hard tomorrow morning...with the PES preworkout and the patented anabolic!

I am always skeptical of new products, but I have upped my calories well over maintenance and haven't noticed any fat gain. Still up 3 lbs. I will take 3 lbs of lean muscle any day after 3 weeks of a natty product.
