Re: PA - It's tough, but you know you HAVE to take an off day every once in awhile. Keep smashing through it, and use those off days to plan and prime for your next training day!

Shoulders today, didn't attempt the 100lb dumbbell press today )= . I didn't have a spot working out at my house for this workout, stopped at 90's.

My hunger continues to increase, I literally haven't stopped eating the past 2 days. Steak and eggs for breakfast, 2 chicken breasts with greens for lunch, chicken stir fry for a snack, couple shakes, almond butter and celery, 2 pork chops with sweet potatoes, green beans, brocolli for supper. After all of that I just had a Thai chicken salad....and I am honestly hungry.
Just over 184 on the scale today, so still up 3 lbs without any viable fat gain.
Pumped for tomorrows workout.....and food.

I am always skeptical of new products, but I have upped my calories well over maintenance and haven't noticed any fat gain. Still up 3 lbs. I will take 3 lbs of lean muscle any day after 3 weeks of a natty product.
