I will also be using some of the old formula Skulpt from time to time before cardio sessions to try and target some of my fat loss at the lower ABS and love handles.

Resistance training will consist of 2 on 1 off with an A/B split. I will be using a TUT low volume WO that I got from Glenihan. Looks something like this:View attachment workout program.doc
I will follow these sessions with 30 min cardio. I will do 45-60 mins cardio on off days and I started a cardio kickboxing class at the gym at least 2x ew. I also attend a martial arts class at least 2x ew.
My goals are to maintain LBM while losing 5-8 lbs over the course of 4 weeks while also increasing endurance. My Kajukenbo black belt test is coming up mid June and I intend on being lean, mean and long winded.
