Thanks bro! Love the encouragement. I was a bit taken back as my back usually doesn't get so jacked. This natty cycle is doing wonders to my physique, I can't even explain how much progress I feel I've made with my cut.

Jack3d preworkout, dropped prime after week 4 and creatine was dropped about 5 days ago. Fish oil, taurine, multi-vitamin and that is it.... :-)

Thanks man, love the feedback! Can't even believe I've been off anabolics for nearly 3 full months and am looking like this. I don't think I looked this cut at any point when I was on. Now if I could just get my strength to where it was when I was on then I'd be happy. I'm just really trying to get my body comp to where I'm comfortable first and then slowly creep up. After not seeing good clean gains for so long I ended up just putting on a lot of dirty mass quick and it left me in a state where I just wasn't happy. But I guess it has me to where I am now after cutting down so I shouldn't be to upset. This next lean bulk cycle that I have mapped out is going to have me in a whole new league in my opinion. With the base that I will have from how well this cycle is treating me this could get scary and I'm ready!
 
Loving the motivation. Just keep it up and you'll continue to be surprised with what you can accomplish.

Thank man! Yea looks like 165 is my safe spot for now, hopefully I can get it to 167 dry before getting "on"!

Wasn't too happy with this weeks front progress pics, feel as if I have gone backwards a bit on definition if anything. It has helped with strength getting a bit more calories and carbs in, yet it as an adverse effect on my shred. Slight adjustments will have to be made but didn't want to not have any pics for this weeks show in.... two were from last night that I didn't want to post and one is today.

4/24/12 Day 42

Have a few days off work so I decided to hit the gym up before I take off for a few days for the service. Went in and did just arms with no cardio or abs. Had a pretty decent day today in the gym, strength was about where it was last. I did notice however I'm really sore in my back and shoulder's still. I was at a point before I started this high intensity training where I just wasn't getting sore but now I notice I'm sore for about 3-4 days after every workout in the area that I train. I'm loving the feeling. I will definitely have tomorrow off the gym because I will be out of town and most likely Thursday too. It is a much needed break because looking back I don't think I've had a "true" night and day off the gym in nearly two weeks, and I can definitely tell. Seems the only way I can keep my a$$ out of the gym is if I go out of town. Good reason to start planning a few little vaca's I guess! :-) Will try to still update or check in here and there but I'll be in the sticks so service is hard to come by.
 
4/25/12 Day 43

Off day for the gym. Was visiting my family and went to my grandma's service. Diet was down the tubes for the most part. Had a patty melt with french fries a banana split, candy and all kinds of sh1t I normally wouldn't have! It felt damn good to. Dosed 7 caps C20 no epro.
 
4/26/12 Day 44

Diet will be much cleaner today, carbs will not go over 150 or hopefully not even near that high. Went in for a chest/back split, not a typical split for me but couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted to do. I felt tough as hell today, probably due to the fact that I finally took a day off yesterday and my weight was also up to 168 today. You could tell I was holding a lot of water and carb weight from my diet slip but man it had me looking huge. Arms were still really vascular and squeaked out a couple extra reps on both flat bench and my bent over rows. Will dose C20 at 7 caps today total and epro at 1 cap. Acne is starting to sneak back up on my forehead which is irritating me really bad as I thought maybe I was over it.
 
I see you've cranked the dose up a little more. How are you splitting it up and have you noticed anything new? I was considering trying 3 and 3.

3 pwo, 2 6 hour later and 2 right before bed. Nothing noticeable yet. Just keep getting better and better definition in my shoulder's and chest that has me happy as all hell! With the carb up I look incredibly big with the cost of my lower abdomen a bit....

seems you always do that drizzie lol! This one will be coming to a close pretty soon but will have my next cycle log up by next week! I am going to have it be a cycle log where I don't fully disclose what I'm taking..... Matter fact I don't even know fully how I'm going to run it, just know it will be epic!!! Have a competitive contest going with a few other members on here.
 
4/27/12 day 45

Cardio and ab day, nothing out of the ordinary today. Dosing will be 7 caps c20 and no pro. Diet was extremely clean yesterday am should be all weekend too since I'm scheduled to be at work all weekend. Less opportunity to cheat...
 
Well guys wanted to drop by and add a quick note on some positive feedback slash effects from upping the dose to 7 caps. I got multiple comments from people at work and at the gym today about how big and vascular I was looking today! I've been eating like crazy so it's no surprise that I'm adding size. What surprises me is how big and vascular I was all day when all I did was cardio and abs in the gym today.????? Loving the results, it is kind of sad that I'm nearing the end here! I will be starting my cycle up by the end of the work week this coming week so I'm thinking Monday will be the last day on these supplements! Will have a final review and pics by then! :)

Ive been getting a bit of acne on my forehead too but it seems to be going away. Biggest thing I have noticed on this stack is muscle hardness and drying out.

Definitely loving the muscle hardening! The acne has started to get a bit out of control again for me, I have never had it before in my life!
 
Final Review

Erase pro- This stuff is no joke. Dry's you up for sure, gives you a much tighter look and feel. Very strong though and I would not recommend using it daily to start out. Start with EOD and see how your body reacts before going any more then that. It gave me a very mild case of dry skin/lips at times due to the drop in estrogen but not really enough to be concerned with. I think I personally will only use this product for pct purposes. It seemed the Epro was causing my spike's in acne as it seemed to get a little worse when I would start it up and drop a bit when I would quit using it for a few days.

Compound 20- This product seemed to do exactly what is says. It for sure helped me lean out and get muscle's looking more full and prominent. Seemed like every workout was enjoyable and I gained a bit of strength even when the run turned into a cut. Would be a good product to run at 8 weeks as I noticed most of my strength gains near the end of the run. Ideal product for a cut/recomp. Definitely gave me a more vascular look too, veins in my neck and chest were popping out that I had never seen before. Strength was increasing in the later part of the run but the cutting and weight loss seemed to taper off near the end.

Jack3d- My new favorite pwo. This stuff is strong and does exactly what you need it to. For me it feels like this product could wake the dead. I've been using it for a while now and still get a good boost from just a scoop and a half. My training is very intense and even when I was nearing the end of the workout I I still felt like I could keep on going. Flavor was fruit punch and it really did taste pretty good. I didn't get the over stim feeling from this product and rarely got an upset stomach even though pwo's tend to have that effect on me.

Modern BCAA- One of those products that you really can't see effects from. When dealing with bcaa mixes the judging would really be done on the taste and how well they mix. I had fruit punch and I thought it had a good taste. I mixed it with the jack3d pre-workout and the taste made for a good combo. It also mixed pretty well with protein powder and added a fruity taste to my choco post workout mixture. Had some trouble getting it all to dissolve but definitely worked a lot better if using a blender cup.

The stack- This is an awesome cut/recomp cycle stack, if I were to run it again I would definitely focus more on muscle/strength gain to judge just how versatile this product really can be. It seemed my results for leaning and cutting were really quick in the run but seemed to taper off at about week 5. My strength did increase just a tad but I seemed to be packing on more fat and water weight near the end of the run then I would have like to have with nearly the same diet as the beginning of the run. The only true issue I found with the stack is the acne that it gave me. My forehead has accumulated quite a bit of acne, some of which were the large painful pimples that don't want to pop.

How would I rate this stack overall?
Strength gains- 3.5/5
Tightening- 4.5/5
Vascularity- 4/5
Overall feeling- 4/5
Sides- 2.5/5, mainly being the re-occurring acne that plagued me on my forehead, shoulders and chest

Would I run this stack again? Most definitely, I would probably pick up the OG erase next time to see if maybe that would treat me any better as far as sides go, but besides that I would recommend this stack to anyone looking to cut/recomp! :biggthumpup:
