You follow a basic 5X5 Starting strength template?

Thanks bro, yeah I'm basically doing a standard Starting Strength program right now. I had maxed out my gains and switched over to Texas Method, but had a lot of minor injuries that forced me to lift lighter for a while. Now I'm healed up and hitting it hard again, should be able to run this program throughout most of the log. Squatting 405x5 would be a great way to cap it off lol.
