Ursobolic Log

You follow a basic 5X5 Starting strength template?
Regardless NICE squats.

Thanks bro, yeah I'm basically doing a standard Starting Strength program right now. I had maxed out my gains and switched over to Texas Method, but had a lot of minor injuries that forced me to lift lighter for a while. Now I'm healed up and hitting it hard again, should be able to run this program throughout most of the log. Squatting 405x5 would be a great way to cap it off lol.
 
I also bought a couple of bottles. I have used UA in Formadrol for years. I like the health benefits. The clones won't be far behind.

I'm going to be starting a run of UA+AB+E-Bol starting tomorrow. I know what AB and E-Bol do for me, the UA will be the only new supplement. I'm a bit dubious about UA. 6-oxo was a bust and 11-oxo didn't do anything for me either. But who knows?

There's only one way to find out! I'm very optimistic about UA, the biggest question in my mind is what dosages are most effective? I have a feeling 9 caps/day is on the low side, but only time will tell.

Had my 2nd workout on Ursobolic tonight, it was a great workout. Here's some highlights:

Deads: 355x5
Overhead Press: 155x5 x 3 sets

I'm not gonna go into to detail on my workouts because personally when I read logs I'm only interested in additional progress related to the supplement, so I'll keep it short and sweet and if I feel that Ursobolic is increasing strength or contributing anything extra to my workouts I'll let everyone know.

Haven't felt anything good or bad yet. I didn't feel that hungry tonight, too early to say if it's an appetite suppression thing or not. I haven't felt it any other time so far while taking this.

I'd like to fast forward a couple of weeks, the suspense is killing me.

Do you know if it is a saturation that makes the supp shine? I know you need high dosages, any idea if its because of the poor bioavailability, or perhaps the time it takes for saturation in the muscles/blood stream that is unknown?

also not sure if it was mentioned anywhere, but anyone know the kick in time?

I know that PA has said bioavailability is on the low side, but thats all I know about that. He also said it took about 2 weeks to start seeing body comp changes, but he's all we have to go off of so far, so really not sure when I'll start seeing changes. Hopefully soon lol.

Only reason why im starting mine at high dose is because he was dosing 1.2g per day. At 150mg per 3 caps, the full 6 caps, 3x per day would give 900mg. Close enough to the 1.2g area. However these are a little more carefully dosed since PA mentioned he was just dumping powder into his shakes or right into his mouth

Definitely let us know how 18/day goes. I did see that PA said he was dosing high the first 2 weeks then dropped down to around 9 caps/day. I'm gonna stick with 9 for a few weeks to see what happens but I'm very interested in seeing the results of higher doses.
 
i can tell you that there is a definite core temp increase after dosing. There's no placebo that can actually make you warmer. I keep my house pretty chilly and had to get out from under the covers last night because I was hot. Same with today, had to take my jacket off

This is one of those natty supps that has me very intrugued. If the results are good, I am in for a few bottles, thats for sure.

On a side note, I am/was a very big fan of 11-oxo. Wish it was still around. ALways use it as a bridge from my main cycle into my PCT. 6 caps a day for 21 days playe nice at leaning me uo, awesome vascualrity and good pumps. I am sure I can expect alot from this product and I look forward to your rersults RIP..Take care..SJ
 
You can still get 11 oxo. I just ran a 6 week cycle at 1g Ed. It was expensive as he'll but worked well.
 
I'm a big fan of 11-oxo as well, you can still buy it in bulk if youre smart about powders, price is good as well. I just cap the **** myself and take it down lol.

Day 6

Had another great workout tonight, I've been really focused mentally this week and I killed it in the gym again tonight.

Squats: 355x5 x 3 sets
Bench: 225x3 <--- easy

Probably could have benched 225x5 tonight, 3 went up easy, but I'm sticking to the script. I'll be going for 360x5x3 on squats on Sunday, that should be fun.

I may have noticed some appetite suppression last night, so thats 2 nights so far but it hasn't been bad. At 9 caps/day I think it's still easy to get in the cals needed to bulk, I had no problems taking down about 3550 today.

The mirror still looks about the same, this weekend I'll measure my waist and see if the bodyfat scale reads anything different. I'm hoping that by this time next week I start to notice some changes.
 
Day 8

So I went out last night, ate a philly cheese steak and drank 4 or 5 beers and look the same today as I do every morning. Even took some measurements.

Weight: 182.8 (+0.8)
Waist unflexed: 34.25" (Same)

Weight is up, waist is the same, can't complain about that. I look the same in the mirror, but then again I see myself everyday so I may not be noticing any subtle changes going on. I'll definitely be posting up pics in a couple more weeks to see how they compare. Not sure if 9 caps/day will be strong enough to actually lean me out any during a bulk, but even if I can continue to bulk to 190+ without any added fat or increase in waistline, that would be amazing. And if I can actually lose fat while bulking, on a non hormonal all natural prodcut that has a million other health benefits... you fill in the blank.

My current plan is to stay at 9/day for at least 3 weeks. I wanna give it plenty of time to kick in and work its magic. After that I may up it to 12/day to see if I notice any difference. I may just continue to increase the dosage throughout the log, if this stuff is as good as advertised I'd like to find the sweet spot as soon as possible, although I may not be able to afford it lol.

I just picked up 3 more bottles for 13.99 so I've got plenty of ammo for higher dosages in the future. Price drops ftw!

Not sure if you noticed this, but for me the appetite suppression is there during the day, but at night it seems to come back hard! I find myself chowing down like crazy! Hopefully this is offset by the supposed fat burning attribute.

I can't really decide whats going on with my appetite. For the most part I haven't noticed too much of a difference, but a couple of nights I thought my app was a little lower than normal. The good thing is that even if your appetite is higher in the evening, this stuff seems to help limit the damage, at least from early reports. I know after my beer and philly cheesesteak binge last night I felt and looked the same as usual this morning. Really excited to see what everyone thinks a few weeks from now when it's fully kicked in for a bunch of ppl.

PA, my understanding is that 11-KT and 11-oxo are very similar in that they both target 11b-HSD1. However, I am unsure exactly what the difference between the 2 would be (in terms of effect).

Can you highlight the differences between the 2 products? Thanks.

insofar as 11b-HSD1 goes 11-KT is a considerably stronger inhibitor than 11-oxo (adrenosterone). It also of course has more androgenic potential

So then the products will basically do the same things, but 11-KT is stronger?

11-oxo is the PH to 11-KT?

Its ok...lol, its actually a great suggestion for those looking for a 11-oxo alternative. Plus your know your getting a pure product when purchasing from PA.

Loaded up on my pre-workout stim and hit the gym hard today. I was wired the whole time and for a few hours after.

Squats: 360x5 x 3 sets
Bench: 215x5

Both of these went up pretty easy, as expected. Did some weighted hypers and biceps as well.

Haven't noticed any appetite suppression today, I've been eating a lot, and am about to eat again. Wish I had more to update, I know everyone is ready to see the kick ass posts and comparison pics, hopefully soon I'll have something good to put up here! Until then I'll just continue to eat and lift hard.

I worked out yesterday, had another good workout. Heres some highlights:

Deadlifts: 365x5
Overhead Press: 157.5 x 5 x 3 sets

Also did some light squats, and after deads I was done with, felt like both my pecs were about to explode on the last rep of deads, I don't know what that was about. My form probably needs work.

So PA said the other day that some people where he lives have been on this since before it was available online, and that most were leaning out but some also losing some weight and that he thinks it may end up being more of a fat loss supplement, instead of muscle builder/fat loss. I'm not really sure what will as I continue to bulk, hopefully it will help prevent any additional fat gain.

I look about the same in the mirror, there have been a few days where I felt appetite suppression, but nothing else to speak of so far. Muscle fullness does seem to be increased slightly.

I think the supplement can be an aid no matter what, even if the end results favor as a fat loss supplement over a bulking supplement. Ive often used what are traditionally bulking supplements specifically for cutting for example with good success (test boosters, creatine, etc.)

Thanks, I think you're right, it should help no matter what my goals are and I am hopeful that it will help me continue to bulk without any added fat gain, especially in the midsection where I have plenty already haha.

Wanted to give an update. I had another good workout on thursday, hightlights of the workout were:

Squats: 363.3x5 x 3 sets
Bench: 230 x 3

I'm to the point where I can't continue adding 10 pounds/week to squats and deadlifts, they've been real grinds to get through lately. So I'll be going up about 6.5 pounds/week until I plateau on those two. Hopefully I can keep adding 5 pounds/week to bench for a little longer before dropping down to 2.5.

I've gotta say that strength has been great, but I'm sure part of it is muscle memory, as I've been stronger than this previously. If I can get through all of next week without missing a rep, with the additional weight I'll be adding to all exercises, than I'd have to say that at least for me Ursobolic is helping my strength. I can't say that yet, but in another week I feel like I can make an accurate judgement on this.

As far as body comp, it hasn't appeared to change much. Although it's only been 2 weeks, I'm bulking, and my bodyfat is high enough where I wouldn't notice subtle changes. I will continue to bulk and hope that it keeps my waist and bodyfat stable. If I can continue to gain weight without gaining fat then I'll be very happy, because once I start my cut with the use of Ursobolic I'm sure the results will be legendary.

Hitting the gym right now, let's hope I kill it in there today.
 
Great honest log thanks. I'm not sold on this stuff yet. 2lbs i'n 2wks. isn't real impressive unless maybe you put like 5 lbs of lean muscle on. 18 pills a day that's wild, wonder if there's a bulk powder out there?

Nope not yet anyway. Patrick arnold said it has horrible solubility... But that probably wouldn't stop me from buying it and drinking it down...

Yeah it's still a little early to kniw what this stuff will do, but there should be a general consensus fairly soon. I'm only taking 9/day right now but yeah some are taking 18/day. I had another good workout today, strength was good. I'll post details tomorrow.

This stuff sounds amazing, but I've refused to let myself purchase any until I've seen enough logs with the results it claims.

I know what you mean, hopefully I'll have great results from this stuff. I'm starting to see some signs that it may be working.
 
Day 18

I had a good workout on Sunday, I squatted 367x5 x 3 sets, and benched 220x5 with ease. I really thought my strength would be starting to plateau at this point but it hasn't. I'm not sure how much the Ursobolic has to do with that but I'm starting to think it's helping my strength increase more than usual.

Today I hit the gym again, and was able to increase my overhead press and deadlifts again, if this linear progress continues much longer I'll definitely be able to attribute some of it to Ursobolic.

Also wanted to let everyone know I've been eating more carbs lately, roughly 400g per day on workout days, and 350g per day on off days. I also upped my dose to 12 caps/day yesterday. I'm gonna ride that out for a while. 9 caps/day may be enough to see good results, I just felt like upping it so I did. There will be plenty of logs with ppl running it at 9/day so I'm gonna play around with the doses some.

I didn't measure my waist this morning but my pants seemed to fit slightly looser, it may have been placebo, but I really think something may be happening here. I'll keep everyone updated, I'm definitely still optimistic.

Thanks bro I really take pride in my squats, I squatted 385x5 at about 177 pounds back in March, hopefully I fly by that this time around.
