Uphill Battle...Fighting Harder Everyday

I have started the Anabolic Diet as of Sunday. So far I have stuck it out. It is becoming more of a problem now. Cloudiness upstairs, pangs, headaches, the works. I know this should subside in a few days, so I'm gonna hang tight.
I have yet to start my training, and in a couple of days I will. My DCP/LV stack will commence tomorrow. Is there anything that can help me with my workouts? I was told to start extremely light, both on cardio and weights? I think it would be light anyway, since I am so weak as of late. Hopefully this side effect will disappear soon enough. Any and all input is greatly appreciated.

If energy is the issue you can find a lot of OTC stuff that will boost you up. It doesnt even have to be anything all that specialized, simple caffeine pills will get you going for your work out. As for the headaches, just take some ibuprofen or tylenol you will be ok. Just stick with it

increase water, maybe some coffee, caffeine pills, energy drinks if you like em possibly taurine and advil should help with the headaches all of this said above im just restating it!

The Levi bottle says don't consume any other caffeine; it hasn't stopped me before, so I guess I'll throw some in there as well.

Just stick it out man, the discomfort goes away quick enough. Once it is over and you are fat adapted you feel freaking great.

I have been on the AD for 11-12 weeks now, and have been able to build muscle while losing fat, and I am seeing veins that I haven't seen in years!

Oh, and you shouldn't be getting hunger pangs at all. Eat, boy, eat. You should never be hungry on this diet. If you can't cook, at least go to a burger joint and get a triple whatever with mustard, mayo, and cheese, toss the bread, and chow down. Go buy some heavy whipping cream, and mix it with your whey for a nice filling shake (just watch the measurements, the stuff is very calorie dense).

Also get a Forman grill, they make all the cooking much easier.
