Updating my MAN CARD with MAN Sports PF3

ripped up reggie . do you take any fat burners if so which one. I am gonna look at some tren and winstrol for summer cut around April.
 
Day 30
I had a great day at work today, really liking this job. After I got off the owner trained with me. I think he was interested in my routine to see if I would be a good fit. Today was biceps and triceps so I put him to work!!

Standing DB Curls

After training I went to train some grappling. Felt really good tonight. I'm significantly stronger than the guys I was rolling with, which really suprised me as I was pretty tired from lifting. My weight post grappling was 171.
 
Day 28
Another bad Sunday for the Niners, was in a pretty crappy mood after and couldn't wait to hit the gym. Only a few scoops of the PF3 left which is depressing as well lol took 1 scoop of a pre with the scoop of PF3 pre training. Felt really good tonight. Trained back and shoulders.

Shoulders and traps were huge and my shoulder veins looked like roadmaps :D

I know the feel about running low on PF3 :( Every day I look at my tubs and can't believe how much is gone!

Thanks bro! It's crazy how fast 30 days go by. I'm down to probably 1 or 2 days left of PF3.

I'm loving the job!! Great people and I get to be at the gym all day :) couldn't ask for anything better!!
 
Really seems strange not having the stirring ritual followed by a tasty drink to sip on while I lift.
