Upcoming 6w epi/triumph/tr3n/tr3st stack

Haha, not so much today bc of the crazy high volume but I usually curl more than whoever was using the squat rack is curling at least at my gym so I don't feel bad about using it

I can curl 2 plates with only a little swing.

If someone curls more than I can squat, I won't complain if he curls in my squat rack.

Sore after arms yesterday but powered through.

Db overhead press 30 x 60, 20 x 80, 10 x 100, 5 x 120 x 2

Db lateral raise 30 x 25, 20 x 35, 10 x 45, 5 x 55 x 2

Db arnold press 30 x 40, 20 x 60, 10 x 80, 5 x 100 x 2

Pec deck rear delt: 30 x 70, 20 x 100, 10 x 130, 5 x 160 x 2
 
F-ing BEASTED some DTP arms today. Olympic bar curls, strict form: (in squat rack ;) ) 40 x 65, 30 x 95, 20 x 115, 10 x 155 x 2 Close grip bp: 40 x 135, 30 x 185, 20 x 245, 10 x 275 x 2 Rope push downs: 40 x 100, 30 x 150, 20 x 200, 10 x 250 x 2 High cable curls: 40 x 40, 30 x 50, 20 x 60, 10 x 70 x 2 Sick pump.

Squat rack curls, yeah I knew you were a scumbag :O
 
Well, due to my work stuff I'm gonna have to change the cycle a bit; due to a trip out of the country during pct I don't want to run something where I'd have to have research chems with me during my trip (caber) so I'm gonna switch to a diff simpler stack for this cycle and run this in the fall.

New plan:

4 or 5 weeks depending on tolerability;

Dmz 45/45/60/60 or 45/45/45/60/60

Tr3st 50/50/75/75 or 50/50/50/75/75

Still running damage control and same cycle supports.

I have pharma tabs of torem, novla, and letro so I'll have those with me on my trip during pct.
 
I've run 45 before without sides, we'll see how it goes and if I feel like I'm getting great results with that maybe I'll stick with it, we'll see.
 
Ok so I think I'm going to start the non-methyls a week early so the cycle will be:

Dmz: 0/45/45/45/45/45 with the possibility of 60 the last 2 weeks

Stano: 600 straight unless I feel like I need to bump it weeks 5-6

Tr3st: 50/50/50/75/75/75
 
I ran 60mgs of DMZ before I typically get a lot of sides but 60 was not too bad only thing I noticed was lethargy but the Tr3st should really help a lot with that.
 
I'm logging this in my other thread now, I think I'll prolly stick with 45 now just bc I'm gonna go a lil longer.
