I'm not sure when 'Untraceable' came out, but I think I'm gonna have to watch that tonight. It looks pretty good. I'll report back on how it was.

alrighty then.

i wonder if there will be a website like that in the future it sure is another one of those movies that give sick twisted psychopaths ideas.

It also seems highly unlikely that some of these plot devices could EVER work.

Hacked into the car's computer to turn off the engine? Huh?

I am also not sure any kind of live feed website could be untraceable.

I agree. There are different levels of difficulty in tracing, but to be 100% untraceable is virtually impossible.

The hacking into the car's computer was a cute little spin.

I could do both

Your the exception Easy.:D

The movie seems like it would be good. I like any type of thriller/mystery movie involving maniacs ala buffalo bill and casonovo. A movie that keeps you guessing till the end is always good.

The US government did that when they legislated low water use toilets damn them.

**** I hate them. I live in a 'lowflo' region as well. If I am bulking, I have to flush 47 times and end up using more water anyway. It's like trying to fit a fat girl in spandex: some goes in, but way more comes right back out.

I was not really impressed with Untraceable. The story they manufactured to create the movie was not very believeable. The concept for the movie could have been substantial, but the story line was pretty stupid overall. It was not worth the money, IRO.

I dont think i could even bring myself to watch this movie. I wonder if they ever thought of spoofing the DNS name for the website so that when people tried to go to the site it would send them to some other site? That would have been the first thing I would have done if i was a super duper fbi agent. :)

It was kind of like a Saw genre spin-off. It is just a stupid storyline that killed it.

It is basically a guy, probably in his mid-20s doing this. I can believe a senior computer engineer pulling this kind of thing in his 60s, but I find it hard to believe that a 25 yr old could pull off something so intricate all by himself.

Waste of money.
