I couldnt agree more, the only thing is Well I don't think there's a conspiracy, There's definitely an agenda. All of the things they deem not fit for their agenda they penalize you for.Youtube has always been a pretty trash place. The advertising and algorithm really just makes it even worse because it incentivizes people who put more effort into that and "content" and "engagement" rather than any actual useful info. Very rare to find someone who solely uses Youtube as a platform that after a certain size of their channel hasn't just devolved into being pretty crappy.
Youtube has also always been pretty hard to follow with demonetizing videos and banning people for seemingly no reason. Everyone always jumps to be conspiratorial, but stuff like this happens on there all the time with seemingly no reason behind it, it really isn't that surprising. I would never make Youtube my primary (definitely my sole) area online if it was my business based on how hard they are to follow and quickly they change things at times.
Idk man. Maybe I'm just from a different generation. But I feel like a lot of it revolves around cry baby stuff. Waayyyy to many craybabbies in the modrern world.Their agenda is to make money and drive engagement. Everyone always acts like it’s one sided, but it really isn’t YouTube just is really good at keeping people funneled so they just keep seeing things from their own side and don’t see all the other people complaining too. The comment sections have been horrible since it’s inception and the moderation on them has never been consistent.

Well, I didn't quite get the leg day I was hoping for, My hamstrings kept cramping up. And it was brutal so I had to cut it short And I finished it with thirty minutes on the step mill. I also noticed that my hips and hamstrings were very tight. So I need to work on mobility a little bit. But even with my hips and hamstrings being tight. I use to be very flexible from wrestling as a kid but ive lost more then 50% of it i would guestimate. I definately need some time put aside fpr flexibility. Even if it's just fifteen minutes at night before bed.I need to stretch more and work on mobility as well. I’ve always not been very flexible and get tight easy.
Looks delicious, I don’t know why but man those pickled onions look so damn good.I took the last bit of teriyaki chicken and some rice. Shredded some lettace, a med tomatoe and some pickled onions on it. The sauce is just a greek yogurt base dressing. Kinda like tzatziki

They're delicious, All I do is thin slice them and put them in a jar with vinegar and leave them for a couple of days. It taste good on everything. Especially burgers And sandwiches. Thats really tough to say, i dont do great with stims because a little does nothing for me and if i take too much it kills my pump and my workouts. I know, opposite of most ppls opinion. The reason for that is because it burns fat via multiple pathways.
Different people get better responses via targeting different pathways, and Lean Edge is a great foundation for covering the different ones.
While other things can definitely be added to it to cover particular pathways more, it covers more bases in one product so if a person wants to limit it to one product, they have the best chance of targeting the pathway they respond the best to.

So i looked up lean edge, while i dont know much about gs4 or prickley ash, (so i cant comment on those as im just not informed) The rest of the list looks great, i could definately get onboard with that. Being who/how i am id probably use more carn on top as a injectable But you guys know I'm a little biased on that 1 Because I love injectable carn so much.
I didn't bother including it in my list. Because we're in the supplement section and even though it is a supplement. I assume most people asking for a fat burner. Don't want to stick a needle in themselves 7 times a week. And I don't blame them because it gets old really fast lol

Thanks, Give it 6-8more weeks. Im hoping to get around 8-9% and hold there for about a month and transition into a slow bulk through the summerLooking lean for sure!
