So i finished this initial month weighing just about 1lb more then i started with a little improvement in bodycomp and strength is up a good bit. Ive been holding back on going heavy but i loaded a bar up a few times and strength is up after tqking a big hit last month.
My diet was structured but not strict at all.
My training was structured to a degree and the way/style i train did not change as a whole but i often mixed and matched workouts to make the most out of my time.
I really have nothing to complain about, i think this is a solid natural product that if someone has been working hard and throws this in the mix its going to further there progress, i think its great for inbetween cycles or for guys on trt who are not intrested in going beyond trt and possibly on cycle in a cut/recomp phase. Although i hate ppl trying to recomp because they almost always have Ludacris expctations like dropping 20lbs of fat while building muscle, i do think someone with feasible expectations will get there moneys worth with Recomp 20.
